Greetings!  I am Jeffrey Jongko, self-proclaimed Webmaster of the ARPT.  I am finally out the Ateneo having graduated from the Ateneo Chemistry with Computer Engineering double-major program.  This webpage is my gift to the team, after my six year stay in it.

I am currently employed at Topmax Philippines Inc.(TPI) as a software engineer.

As could be guessed from this site's contents, I am more of a pistol shooter than a rifle shooter.  But I have a love for both events(NB: not a love in both events) and I can hold my own in either, having won numerous medals in both events, the most notable of which is an Air Pistol Gold Medal in the 1997 ARAFURA Games in Darwin, Australia.

Jeff's Aegis Writeup
by long-time friend and confidant, Mariel Vera
Jeff loves the Iraqi-terrorist look as could be seen with his carefully tended  goatee.  It doesn’t help that he shoots well (a gold from the Arafura Games) or that he has a very volatile temper.  Add a brain wired for computers, pyromania, war game strategies and money-making schemes… it makes you wonder what he’s up to.  Or what he’s up against.  Then there’s Jeff the Puffball with the Velcro stems (yes, he’s that hairy!).  A "movies and oldies" addict, this man-child has a soft spot for stuffed animals, baby-smooth skin and a certain black and white dog.  A child at heart,  he has a baby act either endears or annoys. Ah, but pair him up with "Her," and out comes Casanova:  passionate, sentimental and wildly romantic.  Okay, okay, lustful, too.  Give him credit; from a long-standing flame to a brightly burning blaze, Jeff is most intense in love.  Life, an all-or-nothing
 (Please note the two cords)
thing for Jeff.  Terrorist, child, lover – add to that "buddy for life" and you’ve got Jeff down pat.

Talents             :
I speak fluent English, basic French and I have a working understanding of Filipino.  I am computer literate in many programs such as MSOffice, Internet software such as Netscape and MS Explorer.  I am familiar with programming languages such as assembly, Pascal, C, C++, HTML and CGI programming.  I am proficient in the use of Orcad and milling machines.  I am one of the great shooters of the Ateneo, having won numerous medals on its behalf, most notably a gold in the ARAFURA Games in Australia. I know basic photography and am a skilled craftsman, having designed custom pistol grips for many of the ARPT shooters and made modifications for their guns.  I am comfortable with workshop tools as I am with computers, circuits, chemicals and guns.
Interests        :  I enjoy making models from scratch as well as designing modifications for air pistols. I also enjoy my task of maintaining and improving the ARPT website.  I love listening to classical/ orchestral music particularly movie soundtracks.  I have an interest in the ways of Zen and appreciate many of the simpler things in life like quiet strolls in the Ateneo campus.
