COLORICIOUS was started by my wife and I just about the time our first child started experimenting with taste.  My wife being an elementary school teacher had crayons laying about the living room table working on an assignment when our little one picked up a crayon and started to chew on it.  From that moment on we spent most of our free time trying to make a crayon that could provide the brightness of a normal crayon yet be safe, tasty, and nutritious for kids to eat.  ALAS!  COLORICIOUS came to be.

What's in a COLORICIOUS product?:

Made from non-toxic, non-hazardous food grade wax the same ingredients used in making bubble gum and real fruit or vegetable pulp. Each flavor depends on the color and what was used to make that color.  It could be a fruit flavor or a vegetable flavor. The fruits and vegetables are all organically grown so no harmful pesticides are used while being grown.

What better way to have your kids get the needed vitamins found in fruits and vegetables than by having fun while doing it.  That is our goal here at COLORICIOUS to create fun great tasting art supply.
