Equus Estate is a training farm. I, Shan am a certified trainer.

Equus Estate has a cozy cottage with three bedrooms in it. All together the whole farm is 55 acres. 

There are two barns. A 30 stall barn and a 15 stall barn. 

We have a huge amount of open field, 11 to be exact, for horses to graze. 

We have one horse exerciser.

We have two round pens for training the horses in.

We have a 1/2 mile track which we will soon be upgrading.

The entire estate can accommodate 45 horses.
