Field Archery is a sport in which the entire family can participate and there are many families shooting together throughout Victoria. As such, the Wyndam Rebel Archers understand that family-sporting activities can be financially difficult for some and actively discourage parents from rushing into purchasing equipment.
The club provides equipment for hire to beginners until such time that owning their own can be justified

Wyndham Rebel Archers (Inc) is an enthusiastic and friendly Field Archery Club with an informal atmosphere.

We are a happy and social club with a membership that includes people of all ages and different walks of life.
Our club shoots are held on the 2nd and 4th Sunday's of each month at our grounds at Laurie Emmins Reserve in Laverton North.
The gates open at approimately 9am and we start shooting at 10am. Our grounds have two 20 target field courses with sufficient area to expand further as the club grows.
Beginners are especially welcomed and catered to. There is plenty of support for the young as they are the future of Field Archery.
That's not to say mature or competitive archers are forgotten. There are advanced and experienced members only too willing to give assistance if required, which includes those who wish to pursue competition.
We have experienced archers who shoot with Recurve, Compound and Longbows.
Beginners will initially learn how to shoot with a Recurve Bow.
