Town's Farm was established in September of 1998 with the goal of providing Town's restaurants with high quality,
naturally raised meats and vegetables. Over the past five years we have experimented with different animals
(pigs, rabbits, turkeys), birds (quail, duck, squab, and chicken). We have a large indoor and outdoor vegetable gardens
with a variety of root vegetables(carrots,yams, beets, parsnips, turnips, rutabagas, yuca, kohlrabi, onions and garlic) and leafy
greens (Spinach, Swiss Chard, romaine, green leaf, arugula and butterhead).
