| ����������� "Alright, and we're back in 5, 4, 3, 2, and . . ." ����������� "Hi, and welcome back to 'Live with Regis and Kathy Lee.' As I was just telling Regis here, my daughter, Cassidy, just loves your music." Kathie Lee rambled on as Lance let his mind wander. ����������� "No she wasn't talking about Cassidy.� She was talking about her new album.� I bet it sucks."� Lance looked up just as Kathie asked him a question.� "Oh, yes!� I just LOVE your new album." he smiled and looked to Justin, as if to say 'save me.' ����������� "We play your album on the tour bus ALL the time." Justin lied, as he flashed his famous 'Timberlake grin.' Lance could have sworn he heard a few girls pass out. A few more comments, lie after lie, and fake smile after fake smile volleyed over the group. ����������� "Well, that's it for today . . ." ����������� "Smile, Lance." J.C. whispered. ����������� "Be sure to tune in tomorrow, when our guest will be the reigning teen pop queen, Miss Britney Spears." Regis did his usual closing, and the stage lights dimmed. "Justin, are you and Brit really dating?" Justin smiled as his stomach flipped at the thought of Britney even near him.� He could almost hear the nasal tone in her voice. He cast a pained glance at his fellow blonde band mate. ����������� "No, not at all. She's just a good friend." Justin told Regis as Lance snaked his arms around Justin's waist. He smiled down at Lance. ����������� "Justin, have I told you how much I'm glad you're not dating Britney lately?" Lance asked, casting a devilish glare at Regis as he turned away in horror. Regis slowly walked away without another word. ����������� "Thanks dude." Justin put an arm around Lance's shoulders as Lance let go of his waist. "No problem, Just. A save for a save." They laughed as they made their way back to the tour bus for another road trip. |
