Basically drive around the city in a cop car chasseing after crims, in two player one person drives and one shoots.
There are two modes, free patrol were your free to drive where ever you want and missions were you do missions. 

CHEATS

All Weapons In Free Patrol Mode And All Bonus Items:
At the title screen, press Left, Right, L1, R1, Circle, Square, R2, L2. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
