DEAR FELLOW AUSTRALIANS AND ALL OTHER PEOPLE ON PLANT EARTH, WE LIVE IN ONE THE GREATEST COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD BUT THERE IS NOT THE SLIGHTEST DOUBT THAT JUSTICE IN AUSTRALIA TODAY IS AT THE LOWEST EBB THAT IT HAS EVER BEEN.

Hoon driver spinning his car outside of this little coloured boy's house goes through the fence and kills the little boy, and he gets 4 years with a minimum of two.

Man guilty of muliple rape charges gets out on bail, rapes and kills a lady. Pedofiles can live in your street but they are not allowed to be named. Man hit his wife over the head with a hammer and according to the Television Media he got seven years but was out in two, and it goes on and on.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO JUSTICE?.

Derryn Hinch is standing for the Senate at the coming election for his JUSTICE PARTY and with his record who else could you vote for?

Why are our Politicians  allowing our land to be sold to Overseas Countries when it is not theirs to sell, it belongs to us and our children.

When and why did they change or alter the law that you could only lease land in Australia for 99 years?

And why did the Foreign Investment Review Board agree to sell to the Chinese State owned Mining Company Australian land to mine coal and take it out of our Country, Can you imagine any other Country in the world selling to its greatest Customer that which for years and years has put Billions and Billions of dollars into their Economy?

Please pass www.geocities.ws/wakeupaustralia/on to your friends.

I have set out hereunder what I consider to be the dirtiest trick every played on the workers by John Howard's Government and the following so called Labor Government, led by Kevin Rudd, and Julia Gillard and Bill Shorten the now leader of the Labor Party who refused to pay the sacked Ansett Workers what they had worked for and earned.

The politicians controlling what is legislated are in my considered opinion also in the same Club, just on different debating teams, and this can be verified  by the below, please do not think that I am putting all the Politicians and Bureaucrats in the same basket, as I do not have the slightest doubt that some of the Front Benchers and Back Benchers and Bureaucrats are as honest and genuine as they can be under the circumstances.

I have written to Her Majesty the Queen, to His Excellency General, The Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove. AK.MC. (Retd) Governor General of the Commonwealth of Australia.Tony Abbott The Prime Minister. (who referred me to the Hon Warren Truss) who said NO. Malcolm Turnbull. Julie Bishop. Senator Arthur Sinodinos. Sebastian Hams KordaMentha (Replied)The Hon Julie Bishop M.P. and the Hon Malcolm Turnbull. M.P. I also asked Christine Milne of The Greens, and Ged Hearney and *Dave Oliver of the ACTU. (*Via Pirjo Laine) if they would represent these workers, but I did not receive a reply.

All the money that was paid to the sacked Ansett workers came from the sale of Ansett Airways assets.

So that you will understand what the Government did to the sacked Ansett workers.

John Howard's Government created the Special Employee Entitlements Scheme for Ansett Group Employees (SEESA). In this scheme they had The Air Passenger Ticket Levy Collection Act 2001, but when it was put before the Flying Public it was called The Ansett Workers Levy which misled the people paying the Levy to believe that the money raised from this Levy was to pay the sacked Ansett Workers their Entitlements, but this was not the case, nor was it ever intended to be, and the Government made a profit of I believe to be about $250 million dollars which they paid into Consolidated Revenue although the workers were still owed millions of dollars.

I have been told by a friend of mine, an Ex Ansett worker that 176 workers committed suicide, although I cannot verify this as the families and friends of those who committed suicide do not want their sorrow aired publicly.

It is my considered opinion that the actions taken by John Howard's Government, and possibly the Labor Government that followed contributed to many of these people taking their lives.

HOWARD DUCKS ANSETT

Reported by Andrew Jackson (The Guardian).

With the Federal election only days away, Mr Howard has made a last-ditch attempt to neutralise Ansett as an issue, passionately declaring to Ansett workers:  "I care".  Yet even as the words left his mouth, his legal representatives stood in court declaring that the $10 ticket tax Mr Howard imposed to fund Ansett workers' entitlements does not belong to the workers, in fact that possibly "none will be passed on".

The revenue from the airline ticket tax belongs to Ansett employees, this was clearly set out in the legislation:

"The purpose of the levy is to meet the cost of payments by the Commonwealth under the Special employee Entitlements Scheme for Ansett group employees. ("Section 7 of the the 'Air Passenger Ticket Levy Collection Act").

Last week, government legal representative Robin Brett, QC said in court;

'It's wrong to assume that because it has been collected it will be passed on (to Ansett employees), it may be that none will be passed on."

Outside the court, Transport Minister, John Anderson directly contradicted this saying the levy would "only" be used for paying entitlements.

His position: 'If the charge is we are somehow going to use it for general Revenue absolutely not, we can't, we won't".

                                                                                           BUT THEY DID

In a press statement later that day he back-peddled and was a little more vague about the destination of the funds: "If there was to be an excess levy collection, a proper use would be found for that money".

A proposition which sounds very much like "use it for general revenue" - and  conveniently occurring for the government at the rate of $8 million a week.

On Monday Mr Howard attempted to shed light on the issue, stating that should they find they have "excess funds" we'll try and make some arrangements about refunding with a particular bias towards the tourist industry'.

Employment Minister Tony Abbott, in his initial statement on Ansett entitlements declared the Government would ensure: "that employees wishing to resign remain eligible for all their entitlements, including severance benefits (pay in lieu of notice and redundancy)".

But further in the very same statement he says, "the Government will pay: up to eight weeks of redundancy pay, in line with the community standard". This is a far cry from the "all" he just promised.

By the way I do believe that Ansett would be the only Company in history to be declared insolvent to pay such a dividend.

You must also appreciate that precedent has been established and that all future governments will now be able legally able to treat the Workers involved as they have treated the sacked Ansett workers. Which means that they can create a Levy, and call it any name that they like, and keep all the money raised by it?

THE GOVERNMENT THROWING ANSETT AIRLINES WORKERS TO THE WOLVES.

In the book "Ansett the Collapse' by Geoff Easdown and Peter Wilms page 131 sets out how Ansett Airlines and its workers were treated by the Government and the authorities in Canberra. In an exclusive Report published on 18 August, Brisbane Courier Mail journalist Fleur Anderson offered a clue how bitter that became. The reporter had been travelling with Toomey and was at a breakfast meeting that day where the airline CEO (Toomey) had sought to sell corporate travel deals to government decision makers among those in the audience that morning was John Howard's department head, Max Moore-Wilton. Fleur noted that Gary Toomey was angry and appeared shaken after a brief conversation with Moore-Wilton. The Australian Financial Review followed up the Courier-Mail story and later reported that Ansett executives confirmed that Moore-Wilton Had told Toomey that morning: 'he didn’t give a shit about Ansett' that the government was doing everything it could To protect Qantas because it was the only truly Australian Airline. Fleur Anderson's report had said. 'Speculation quickly spread through the airline industry (that) Moore-Wilton had warned that the Federal government would rather see Ansett fail than have Qantas at risk from Air NZ-Singapore Airlines. The book goes on further setting out that which occurred.

But I do not believe that you need any more proof of the government’s actions in this matter than that set out above.

Not in the printed article above.
                                                               JOHN HOWARD'S BROTHER'S COMPANY.

We were told that when John Howard's brother's Company National Textiles was placed into the hands of an administrator, the Government of the day who had capped the Ansett workers to 8 weeks redundancy pay led by John Howard, decided to help the retrenched workers to recover their entire entitlements. But they were not capped to any 8 weeks redundancy pay as were the Ansett workers, and there was no Air Passenger Ticket Levy or Ansett Workers Levy or any other levy. So guess who paid?

IF THIS IS NOT PRECEDENT WHAT IS?

Sacked Ansett workers with 20 years’ service are entitled to 90 weeks redundancy pay.
With 30 years’ service-140 weeks.

I wonder how this compares with what the Politicians and Bureaucrat get?.

And I wonder how the Flying Public who paid the $10 Levy are going to feel, when they find out that Tony Abbott was involved in a Government which took all the Multi Millions of dollars they had to  pay and put it into Consolidated Revenue.

We now know that Tony Abbott’s Government via The Hon Warren Truss are not going to give these workers Justice, and pay them what they worked for and earned, and is treating them as did Julia Gillard and now Labors now leader Bill Shorten did when they were both the Minister for Financial Services and Workplace Relations, and refused to give them one

DID YOU KNOW THAT THE ANSETT WORKERS OFFERED TO WORK FOR NOTHING TO KEEP ANSETT AFLOAT?

Dear Fellow Australians and all other People on Planet Earth.

Greetings

Please send this to your friends.

We live in the greatest Country in the world run by the greatest Morons that have ever taken a breath of the Lord  God's air, where Millionaire Miners do not have to pay any tax including the petrol tax. Licence Trusts and Companies are paying less than the top tax set out under the Act, and very highly paid footballers are being allowed to pay less tax on thirty per cent of their income, whilst we the workers including those on the lowest wages of just over $600-00 per week have to pay for everything, which I believe is 50% of all tax collected.

And I cannot understand the mentality of these people elected to represent us, and why Tony Abbott's Government has allowed a Chinese Mining Company, to be given a Miners licence when China is our biggest purchaser of our coal, and our own coal Miners can supply all the coal required to those needing it.

Please ask the Government why the Planning Assessment Commission has been allowed to grant a major Chinese Mining Company a new open cut coal mine on some of the most fertile farm land in Australia

You will appreciate that China could now possibly become a competitor of our Miners trying to sell coal on the world market, and if they get their own people working this Mine within a few years they will possibly be the only people in Australia selling coal at a much lower price than our Miners could afford. And I wonder if they put a clause in the contract that they (China) cannot secede from the Commonwealth, like the Principality of Hutt River seceded from the Commonwealth and was founded on the 21st of April 1970. The Governor General of Australia of that day, Sir Paul Hasluck, later stated that it was unconstitutional for the Commonwealth to intervene in the secession.

I believe that it is fair to say that all us little people think alike and I read in the Herald Sun P/19. 21-7-2015 TEXT TALK.

'To all shortsighted politicians-foreign countries are not 'investing' in Australia, they are pillaging our agricultural land and mines, so that we will ultimately own nothing' Keep Oz Aussie, Glen Iris.

Please pass www.geocities.ws/wakeupaustralia/on to your friends.

I have set out hereunder what I consider to be the dirtiest trick every played on the workers by John Howard's Government and the following so called Labor Government, led by Kevin Rudd, and Julia Gillard thanks to Bill Shorten, who we are told has had a memory lapse and forgot to declare labour hire company's $40-000  donation to his election campaign manager's salary, and incidentally who, when he was The Minister for Financial Services and Workplace Relations, must have had another memory lapse for he refused to pay the sacked Ansett Workers what they had worked for and earned.

HOWARD DUCKS ANSETT (I believe that they have misspelt one of the words)

Last week, government legal representative Robin Brett, QC said in court;

We now know that Tony Abbott’s Government via The Hon Warren Truss are not going to give these workers Justice, and pay them what they worked for and earned, and is treating them as did Julia Gillard and now Labors now leader Bill Shorten did when they were both the Minister for Financial Services and Workplace Relations, and refused to give them one cent.

My email to Martin Ferguson The Labor Member for Batman. 10-7-2012 re letter from Bill Shorten telling me that John Howard’s (cap of eight weeks redundancy pays still stands) as per the ‘Air Passenger Ticket Levy’ which it is called in SEESA  But the words ‘Ansett Workers Levy’ are not mentioned in SEESA.

'Relative to the correspondence I have received over the eleven years that I have been trying to get these workers what they worked for and earned, I refer you to John Howard’s  Department head Moore-Wilton who said that ‘he didn’t give a shit about Ansett’ and judging by your attitude either do you Bill Shorten or the labor government.

In view of the above I find it very strange to read.

'Ansett levy decision outrageous; Martin Ferguson.M.P. Media Release. 1st April 2003.

Federal cabinet decides to leave the Ansett Levy in place citing the uncertainty of the outstanding superannuation case as the reason.

HOWARD DUCKS ANSETT (I believe that they have misspelt one of the words)

Last week, government legal representative Robin Brett, QC said in court;

'It's wrong to assume that because it has been collected it will be passed on (to Ansett employees), it may be that none will be passed on."

Who and when did they change or alter the law that you could only lease land in Australia for 99 years?

And why did the Foreign Investment Review Board agree to sell to the Chinese State owned Mining Company Australian land to mine coal and take it out of our Country?.

Can you imagine any other Country in the world selling to its greatest Customer that which for years and years has put Billions and Billions of dollars into their Economy?

And I believe that they will not be using Australian Labor and having a Bank outside of Australia and like all the others who have Banks outside of Australia will possibly not be paying any tax?

And relative to you and I as far as Tax is concerned, it was either going to be the GST or Negative Gearing, which would force the renters rent through the roof, or something else which would only affect us like Superannuation, while the Multinationals and their mates with Schemes, and Trusts etc, who have paid little or no tax will still continue not to do so.

I have been told by a Tattersalls employee that the State Governments take 36 per cent tax out of all the money that you and I pay for out Tattslotto tickets, this would mean that if the prize for us was 70 million dollars, the Government has I believe taxed us over 25 Million dollars.

Dear fellow Australians did you hear that man telling us how the $15-80 given to the lowest paid people in the land was going to make life harder for the people employing them, and possibly cost jobs and why not it turned  out to be 4 cents per hour.I wonder how muich he is one per hour?.

Not so long ago a Public servant got a pay rise of $40.000 what say we have one wage fixing Authority for all workers. and not a special one for politicians and Public servants,

My fellow Australians these Politicians are allowing our land to be sold to Overseas Countries when it is not theirs to sell, it belongs to us and our children.

Today if you shake hands to seal a contract you look down and see that they have stolen your watch.

AND AS FAR AS ANSETT AIRWAYS ARE CONCERNED THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DAY ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED THIS AIRLINE AS SET OUT IN THE BOOK BELOW
‘The Evil Premeditated Murder of an Airline’ by Capt.J.L.W. Ellis which sets out in detail how those in control set out to destroy Ansett Airways.

This is the answer I received after asking for help from The Hon Senator Nick Xenophon, I was told that he represents South Australia and evidently cannot help me, does that mean if he gets his Poker Machine legislation through the Parliament it would only apply to South Australia?.

To all the Honorable Senators I emailed my Web Site but sad to say all to no avail.

The Minister for Justice The Hon Michael Keenan. MP.

Also the the Member for Batman the Hon David Feeney.M.P.

It is my considered opinion that these people only try to get what they want, not what we need.

I have emailed my appeal to the Hon Malcolm Turnbull M.P. Prime Minister of Australia and TheMinister for Justice. The Hon Michael Keeney. M.P. drawing to their attention that which I am now drawing to your attention seeking justice to what I believe to be the greatest disgrace in Australia's history where both Liberal and Labor Governments kept I believe over Two hundred and fifty million dollars raised by the Ansett Workers Levy which was paid into Consolidated Revenue although the workers were still owed millions of dollars, and the only money that was paid to the sacked Ansett workers came from the sale of Ansett Airways assets. So that you will understand what the Government did to the sacked Ansett workers who offered to work for no pay to save their Airline.

HOWARD DUCKS ANSETT. Reported by Andrew Jackson (The Guardian). I believe that they might have mispelled one of the words.

The revenue from the airline ticket tax belongs to Ansett employees, this was clearly set out in the legislation.

"The purpose of the levy is to meet the cost of payments by the Commonwealth under the Special employee Entitlements Scheme for Ansett group employees. ("Section 7 of the the 'Air Passenger Ticket Levy Collection Act").

Last week, government legal representative Robin Brett, Q.C. said in court;  'It's wrong to assume that because it has been collected it will be passed on (to Ansett employees), it may be that none will be passed on."

Outside the court, Transport Minister, John Anderson directly contradicted this saying the levy would "only" be used for paying entitlements.

His position: 'If the charge is we are somehow going to use it for general Revenue absolutely not, we can't, we won't"                                                                 BUT THEY DID

I wonder how the Flying Public who paid the $10 Levy are going to feel, when they find out that Tony Abbott was involved in a Government which took all the Multi Millions of dollars they had to  pay and put it into Consolidated Revenue.

We now know that Tony Abbott’s Government via The Hon Warren Truss are not going to give these workers Justice, and pay them what they worked for and earned, and is treating them as did Julia Gillard and now Labors  leader Bill Shorten when they were both the Minister for Financial Services and Workplace Relations, and refused to give them one cent.

'Relative to the correspondence I have received over the eleven years (now nearly Fifteen years) that I have been trying to get these workers what they worked for and earned, I refer you to John Howard’s  Department head Moore-Wilton who said that ‘he didn’t give a shit about Ansett’ and judging by your attitude neither do you Bill Shorten or the labor government.

Shadow transport minister, Martin Ferguson states that the Government has covered its loan and accuses the Coalition Government of amassing a surplus from the tax'.

All the best to you and yours.

Arthur.
