communities. Rooted in the Chinese 'Zhejiang' style, Town's menus draw on the seasons, the abundance of local seafood and vegetables,
and animals raised on owner Ming Town's farm. Dinner at Town features both a chef's tasting menu and a 4-course tasting menu,
which allows diners to choose courses from several options. The full menu is also available a la carte, and includes a large selection dumplings.
Town offers an extensive selection of sake, as well as a full selection of wine and beer. The sake pairing offered with the chef's
