Prahlada Gurukula:
functioning in the Pejavara Matha premises in Udupi since 1999 is providing modern education to students in addition to philosophy, music, yoga and other related subjects without sacrificing the traditional values. The present fecility of schooling upto 7th standard is being extended to High School level.
With the blessing of His Holiness Shri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji of Shri Pejavara Adhokshaja Mutt, Udupi, his Junior Shri Vishwaprasanna Theertha Swamiji founded PRAHLADA GURUKULA During 1998-99 with the noble purpose of imparting value-based education that provides the young minds the rich cultural, moral heritage embodies in our ancient scriptures like Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, Ramayana and Mahabharatha. The students of Prahlada Gurukula have opportunity to study Sanskrit from their initial year in the school.
Along with these value – based educational contents, the regular modern education with English as a language is being taught from the initial year itself. Shri Vishwaparasanna Theertha Swamiji envisages that the students of this school, when they grow- up to become docters, engineers, scientists, lawyers, technicians, vedic scholars, astrologers, or politicians – also become good citizens, parents, friends, leaders – striving their best to inculcate all the sterling qualities of Head and Heart, making the World a worthy and a happy place to live!
At present, five batches of students are studying in this institution. Food, accommodation and education are being provided free of cost – thus providing “VIDYA-DANA” in its true sense, without any hitches or glitches of commercialization.
The young and raw minds of the students of this Gurukula have the greatest opportunity of being taught of Shri Vishwaprasanna Theertha Swamiji himself. H.H.Swamiji guides the young ones in learning Vedic Sriptures and Shri Madhwacharya’s teachings. He has been providing loving-care and direction with all sincerity, simplicity and dedication for all-round development of students of Gurukula.
The Gurukula also provides extra-curricular activities and training in various related subjects, skills and crafts like Yoga, Classical Music, Swimming and Computer Skills.

These aged cows otherwise would have gone to the Slaughter houses. Our society`s awarness against the slaughter of Cows comes as a blessing to those who are prepared to put their Resources in the caring for the cows and saving them from the hands Of the butchers. The number of cows being brought to the Goshala Is increasing day by day and the present arrangements is unable to Meet the rising needs.

at Neelavara Construction of shelter for the cows , maintenance , involves huge
Expenditure, amounting to nearly 100 lakhs
