ELECTRONIC FORM OF CONTRACT
COMPLETION GUIDE

  1. The present Contract may be concluded by any person of legal age (18 years old) who intends to become a distributor of the VISION INTERNATIONAL PEOPLE GROUP company, and wishes to be healthy, happy, prosperous and share the philosophy of healthy lifestyle with other people.

  2. Before completing the form please read the "Terms and Conditions" section carefully.

  3. All required fields are denoted by "*" (asterisk).

  4. After you complete this form and send it over the Internet, an e-mail message will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you indicated, requesting you to confirm your intention to become a VISION distributor. You must reply to this message within 3 days.

  5. After you confirm your intention to become a VISION distributor by replying to the e-mail message you receive, your Contract will be registered.

    1. Contracts are registered within 24 hours;

    2. Contracts are registered on week-days only.

  6. After your Contract is registered, another e-mail message will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you indicated, this time informing you that your Contract is registered. This message will also include a printable copy of your Contract and your ID number.

  7. The copy of the Contract which you will receive via e-mail, can be printed out and used as a valid identification to be shown at the Company's pickups and VISION representative offices.

  8. Completion and registration of the present Contract cannot be fulfilled if:

    1. You are unable to fill in all required fields;

    2. You do not have a sponsor or you do not know his personal details;

    3. You already have a contract with VISION.

  9. All fields of the form must be completed in only one of the two scripts: either only in Cyrillic or only in Latin. The only exception from this rule is the passport details field, where all the information must be entered in exactly the same way as it appears in your passport.

  10. The "Last Name", "First Name" and "Middle Name (Patronymic)" fields must be completed in the same script as they appear in your passport.

  11. Non-C.I.S. citizens should complete the form in the Latin script.

  12. A family contract should contain a masculine name and a feminine name. There cannot appear two feminine or two masculine names in one contract.

  13. A family contract should contain only the details of the spouses. The details of children should not be entered into the contract. Children of legal age (18 years old) may conclude their own contracts with the company.

  14. After the electronic Contract is registered, you may obtain a regular "no ID number" hard copy of the Contract, fill it in and present to the APP service along with the printed copy of your electronic Contract. You may purchase any of the Company's products at the Company's pickups (except for the E-Shop) and receive commission payment only if you have the standard printed copy of the Contract available.
