    The Valley Creek Treasurer is a volunteer position and appointed by the Board of Directors. Kevin McPherson was appointed on July 10, 2006.
     The duty of the Treasurer is to inspect monthy and annual reports prepared by Crossroads Community Association Management and help the Board with the annual budget.
     This page will be used to post monthly financial reports and other information.

Association Dues
Home Owners' Association dues pay for streetlights, common area maintenance, snow removal, management company fees and many other items needed to support a neighborhood organization. Home Owner accounts with unpaid dues are turned over to The Tanner Law Group for collection.
The following summaries were prepared by Larry Green prior to Kevin McPherson accepting the office of Treasurer. The summaries were created based on complete financial records kept by our previous management company. The numbers show a downward trend that can be attributed to Rising Expenses and Unpaid Dues. It is only the reserve in the operating budget that has allowed the Association to keep paying the bills.
