| The Board of Directors is a group of volunteers, elected by home owners, that manage VCHOA affairs. They work up an annual budget, select and contract maintenance services, troubleshoot any problems that arise, and plan for the future of Valley Creek. The Valley Creek Covenants and Bylaws dictate the function and operation of the Board of Directors. The Board also appoints a treasurer to manage VCHOA finances and oversees the election of new Board members and Architectural Committee members. The Board usually meets monthly with the treasurer and a representative of the architectural control committee to work on neighborhood business. All homeowners are welcome to sit in on the meetings or address the Board � just call first so we can save a seat for you! |
