There is a pipe band, common in Canada where many people are
of Scots descent.

The provincial flags are carried by the Whitehorse Air Cadets.

I missed the detachment of marching RCMP
officers, but some of them are still around later.

Part of the celebration is a Citizenship ceremony for new Canadians.
This is one of the new citizens with the judge and the RCMP guard
of honour.
