We spent the morning on the beach, the one we visited on our first day on Haida Gwaii. We found a great collection of beach agate and another, bigger, eagle feather.

Then we stopped off at the Qay'llnagaay Museum, an outstanding reconstruction of Haida longhouses.

The museum is operating through the construction, but the buildings in progress were very interesting - huge logs a metre thick, even once they were trimmed.

Back on the Queen of Prince Rupert.
