They have a very nice hospital here in Prince Rupert.
I chipped a toe - don't ask. The efficient young woman who took the
x-rays was probably taught by me when I was on supply in her elementary
school in the mid 80s. It's a very small world.
I knew it was going to be interesting when everyone laughed.
I have a Weird shaped clog to keep the pressure off my toe.

The Museum of Northern
BC building in Prince Rupert is amazing let alone the contents.
Those are single, whole cedar logs holding up the entrance.

Make sure you take the tour. We were introduced to the museum
by a young woman from the Tsimshian tribe who occupied the area.
She talked about the inter-tribal warfare for the better fishing
and shelter areas. Prince Rupert is somewhat inland from the ocean,
on the site of much earlier settlement.
