Now, for a while, I have been wondering as to the origin of Naruto. We know that he is an orphan who was chosen by Yondaime (4th Hokage) to be the host body of the Kyuubi. Why was Naruto chosen? And where did his parents go? Here is my opinion on the subject. I believe that Yondaime is, in fact, Naruto's father. Shocking concept, is it not?

First of all, there is the obvious physical resemblance.

That in itself was enough to convince me of their relation.
