Basic Back Ground Check. The cost is $1.00. You send over the application and it can be verified.
A full back ground check is a lot more extensive. It will check a lot of data bases to gather information. The cost is $50
I have over 20 years of bookkeeping experience. If you just want to focus on your business without being tied down with invoices, payroll, payables, receivables, and my company could do this for you. You would get simple piece of paper to record your sales/purchases throughout the week and then just turn that paperwork in on Friday. Payroll checks would be mailed out on Thursdays to your employees. The cost of this is $12 per hour
Typing / Transcription – Do you need letters typed? Dictation transcribed? New manuals typed and/or updated? Not a problem. T & D Paper Works charges only 2¢ a word.
Data Entry/Customer Service/Answering Service: If your company is in need of extra people answering the phones for your company, have them forwarded to my companies phone lines and we can take your customer calls. The phone will be on a dedicated line and will be answered as “Thank you for calling Customer Service, how may I help you.” We would also obtain which company he was calling and take the order, take the information or whatever you hire this company to handle your customer affairs. This cost is $12 per hour. If your company wants a dedicated line for just your company, there would be a one time additional cost of $80
Document Retention – Paperwork, paperwork everywhere. Do you spend a lot of time digging through boxes looking for paperwork? T & D Paper Works can scan your documents for easy retrieval. The usual way that it is done as the documents are scanned with a file Name of the date ex: 20090201. This means the document that was scanned was created on Feb. 1, 2009. Now if two or more documents have the same date, it would follow the date but with a, b, c etc.
The cost of this service is 15¢ per scan. If the documents are small enough with the same date such as receipts and they all fit on the scanner that is what can be done.
Does your computer need some adjustment? Virus in there? Adware/spyware in there. Is it running slow? Need to add more memory? We can do that for you. $12 to bring it into the shop and $20 per hour to go to your location. If the system needs to be replaced, do you have the software?

This building is Security locked. All units come with free cooking gas, water, small kitchen, small refrigerator, off street parking and free trash pickup from the collection container in the back. There is a laundry room available inside the building.
We would prefer you not have a pet (dog/cat) but if you must there is a $35 per month fee. Cats are a $200 deposit and dogs are a deposit of $150. The deposits are refundable if upon leaving that there is no sign that the pet has been there (Stains, odors, hair, etc.)

Month to month rentals: You must have the deposit and the rent available when moving in. If you want to extend the rental for the next month. You must have it by the check out date which is noon. If not you will have to vacate that day.
6 month and 12 month leases your income must be 2 ½ times the rental amount. Please bring proof of your income. It would be nice also to have a copy of your form 1040 of your taxes.

Packages, medical supplies, payroll checks, architect plans, books. Whatever your company needs to be delivered from one place to another. Anything on pallets there will be an additional charge of $25.00 (max 2 pallets per order) as they will be on the bed of a pickup truck. See rate chart below.

How are you going to pay? Check, Cash or Credit Card? Credit Card orders need to add a charge of 3%. NSF checks you will be charged a $37.50 bank fee.

T & D Paper Works can do all the research for you and get the parts mailed or delivered to you. Local parts can be delivered the same day for $8; the rest will be shipped to you. These parts could be items picked up at an Auto Parts store, Sears, Menards, Home Depot, Wal-Mart. If supplies require a pickup truck to be delivered there will be an additional $20 charge for a vehicle rental.

There are people out there due to age or lack of budgeting skills is just not able to pay their bills like they are supposed to. If you have a client or relative that is in need of a company who can pay their bills and then be sent a check weekly or monthly then T & D Paper Works can do it for you at $12 per month.
Do you have a property that you inherited? Are you moving out of the area and just are not able to take care of it? Are you a bank or lien holder on a property that you just foreclosed on and need it rented out and cleaned and maintained?
T & D Paper Works can do that for $12 per unit per month + expenses. We will go in there and clean the property, screen the applicants and rent to the qualified persons. If they don’t pay we will give them a 5 day notice to pay or vacate.
Extra Cost that you pay is legal and maintenance personnel expenses. The balance would be mailed to you each month.
I am offering a new service
in Racine. A community auto rental
agency. It is locally owned with
partners like you. You will be a partner
in this venture because it’s your vehicle and you will get 85% of the rental income.

Here are the rules on how it works:

The car must be in reasonable condition, good paint job,
mechanically sound.

The cars are rented on the size of the vehicle, compact,
midsize, full-size, van & SUVs. The
bigger the car the more expensive it is to rent.

My company as the renting agent will get 15% of the rental
sale and you as the owner get the rest minus repairs and maintenance.

You are allowed to remove your car out of the system any time
you would like except if it is currently rented. Once returned you may take possession of the
vehicle.
·
You must hold the current registration of the vehicle. If more than one person is on the registration,
both parties must sign off on this business agreement.
Who will rent this vehicle?

My company will do all the above items. Each time a person returns the vehicle it
will be washed and vacuumed and will be ready for the next person who is
renting.
I ran an auto renting business in Racine for 3 ½ years before
corporate downsizing took over and my contract was cancelled. So I have experience in this business. Stop by if you would like to do this. Your car is/can still be for sale. I can also handle the sale with a 2% commission.

Your car is a Ford Taurus a full size vehicle and a person wanted to rent it for a week the base rate is $188.99. The following week after it was returned you would receive a check in the mail for about $160.
Let my company handle all your temporary personnel. All you have to do is call and tell what kind of temp you need and what you will pay for this temp per day/week. You will also need to tell us what kind of testing/skills the temp will need to possess for the assignment. What different with my company vs. the others? I will not put your company in any type of long term contract. If you want to hire on the personnel, all I want is you to complete the week of the person and you can hire on that person the next week.
What is the positive side for you for getting a temporary?
You can test the personality of the person if you are looking to hire someone onto your staff. You don’t have any payroll, health insurance or any other type of insurance to handle. You will however need to keep a safe environment for the person working at your establishment. Also you don’t have to worry about unemployment and you have the extra personnel to get the extra work done at your company.
