I ask for a 40% deposit before undertaking any work, the remainder to be paid into two installments. I may also consider monthly payment plans, or site rental options. Maintenance (other then contract maintenance), repairs and smaller pieces of work will be invoiced once complete. All quotes will be per page or per project rather than on an hourly basis.
