The website has been kept minimal with not a lot of information on purpose because we don't want to make this process too difficult. We rent dumpsters, not life saving devices. The biggest obstacle we see customers face is renting a 10 yard when they really should of went with a 20 yard. 10 yards is $350, but to rent a 10 yard and then have to rent another 10 yard that equals $700. Don't make this mistake. Rent the 20 yards if you think the 10 yard is going to be tight. Look at the measurements we have provided and try to use that to help you.
As time goes on you will see us add a few more features to our website. We are currently working on a live chat feature that should be rolled out in the near future. This feature will be able to answer any of your questions in real time and not have to wait for an email back from us. We are also working on a loyalty program for returning customers. We feel that many towns have made it very hard to throw out yard cleanup and other items that we accumulate. If you order a dumpster you will receive a coupon code for the following year. You will be able to receive $50 off any size dumpster that you rent the following year.
We will also be rolling out a suggestions page that will allow you send us a quick note and tell us what we are doing right, and what you think we can improve on. We really want to hear from you and are anxious to start the journey with all of our customers.
Please be patient with us and give us time. We have mentioned a few updates we are working on. One last update we are flirting with is a mobile app. This app will be like a mobile stamp that will allow you to use your loyalty coupon. When the driver shows up you can scan the barcode and pay with your credit card. All of our drivers are equipped with mobile device that accept credit cards.
