| Permanent structures, including mobile homes and prebuilt sheds/garages, must be approved prior to building or bringing structure in. Permits are approved at board meetings and cost $10.00. | Does your road need grading or graveling? We are responsible for all common roads but you are responsible for your private drives. Culverts that are determined to be too small are subject to removal. If you have a culvert you wish to have installed, we will install it for you if you provide the culvert. If you have a complaint regarding a specific employee, please address your complaint to their supervisor. | There are many lots for sale by owner within Twin Oaks Harbor. Please contact the property owner directly if interested in any lot listed. This list will be updated as needed. If you purchase a lot, please contact the office IMMEDIATELY so ownership records can be changed. Warranty Deeds are available free of charge by the office and the office manager is a notary.
