How will I receive my orders?
Your orders will be delivered to your house at the arranged date and time.


How long does it take to process the order?
The estimated timelength for your order to be processed is 3-4 days depending on the number of orders we received. We will contact you to confirm the date and time of the delivery of your orders.


How do I make my payment?
You can make your payment when we deliver your orders to you.


Am I able to choose the designs of the bag?
Currently, we are limiting the designs of the bag to only two. The designs may also vary and subject to availability. However, you can choose the type of bag - either sling-bag or backpack.


I do not need all the items listed in the packages offered. Am I able to choose my own items?
Yes, you are able to choose your own items by selecting the 'Customized Package' when ordering. The cost will vary accordingly.
