Our recruitment, selection, training and placement department is
trying to help the government to fulfill its mandate’s vision on skills
development.
For us to reach all our people we will use the three sides of
advertising and they are different in the following ways:
Advertising manager:
- should have all-round of the advertising business and know the
organization or industry which employs him/her.
Advertising agency
personnel:
- that will consist of a team of specialists and the extent of the
division of labour will depend on the size of the agency and the range
of services it offers.
The staff of the media
owners advertising department: - media owner may have a service department which
creates advertisements for clients.
Thus, the advertising manager will tend to control advertising; agency
personnel will plan, create and execute advertising; and the
advertisement manager will sell the space on time like any other product
or service.
All the three sides of advertising depend on each other if they are to
stay in business.
Independent media
research will be conducted: by joint industry committees
representing all three sides, e.g. dealing perceptively with press,
television, posters, radio readership, audience surveys, presentations,
workshops, and seminars.
Group of people targeted
are:
Marginalized and disadvantaged people from remote areas such as rural
areas and those who live in townships and cities but selecting the very
disadvantaged ones for these sponsored opportunities, and we will
empower them with knowledge about global markets and we will arrange for
them to gain experience by getting them involved in the process.
Our structured workplace learning is the basis on which learning about
an occupation is premised. We have structured the skills, knowledge,
appropriate general education, and values around that particular
occupation. While this kind of learning depends on a combination of
instruction of tools, mentoring also plays a significant role. entoring
and giving assistance in the workplaces requires mentors / trainers with
specialized skills. The learners requires mentoring, and assistance,
which is intensive at first and gradually fades as she/he becomes more
independent and responsible.
What makes us different
from other organizations.
Our developments are not duty aimed at answering the transfer of skills
to new generations but also to empower them with knowledge about the
global markets. For those who graduate, but still lack experience, we
can arrange for them to gain experience by getting, them involved in the
process.
Our plan is also to sustain growth, in the global economy and a number
of massive developing economies making a strong surge and find those who
can guide and mentor young entrants into the job market.
We will also consider lack of absorption into the mainstream of those
working in the informal so called ‘‘second economy’’. This process also
promotes entrepreneurship and encourages the formation and development
of sustainable and registered small and medium enterprises. The purpose
is to develop new small business in the manufacturing and engineering,
sectors (especially in the motor industry).

of vehicles. It is critical mechanism to achieve our objectives,
particularly in making sure that more of our people, especially the poor
marginalized, women, youth and people with disabilities become active
participants in the economic activities.
Our programme aims to ensure that opportunities on our system are
increased, with a view to serve a larger number of small enterprises
across the country and job creation. We urge the companies /
