California
This was my first trip to the USA.
Apart from Julie, I had never met any of the US family before this visit.
I arrived in California with some trepidation, but I need not have worried.
As Greg said "We are all very clearly from the same gene pool".

I really didn't take enough pictures in California.
None in San Jose or Los Angeles.
Next time I will photograph everything.
The pictures record an all too brief event,
and I never enjoyed a four day visit more.

This splendid vessel is Chris's Boat.
On my visit, the Boat-shed had suffered badly in the storm.
The Boat, however, was not damaged and is still as magnificent as it appears here.
