Uncle Kenny was raised in Kyoto, Japan and gained his appreciation for fine steel from his father, Jin Kazama. Jin-san was raised to appreciate magnificent knife skills from his father, whom was a sushi master. Over the years Uncle Kenny has seen so many different types of steel that he can determine a value simply by weight and visual.
