A Pomsky is a designer dog breed that has been created by breeding a Husky with a Pomeranian. At the moment breeders are working with the PCA (Pomsky Club of America) to make Pomskies a recognized breed with the CKC and AKC. The benefit of a Pomsky is the uniting of two beautiful breeds to get the best of both breeds. The small size and compatibility personality of the Pomeranian with the beauty and grace of the Husky, but in a smaller less wondering, less prey instict dog.
