�I got bored,� Justin replied. �Doc says I�m fine anyway.�
�That�s what he said the last four surgeries,� Jenai stated.
�Yeah I know,� Justin said and she smiled. �How are you?�
�Besides a few bruises and a sprained ankle and possibly some cracked ribs I�ll be fine,� Jenai said. �I am fine. The medic said so.�
�That�s good,� Justin said.
�Jenai,� Marty said walking in and she got up. They walked to each other and hugged. �I�m so glad you�re all right.�
�Ditto,� Jenai said.
�Nick said you were in here,� Paulina stated, as they hugged.
�Where is he?� Jenai asked.
�Right here,� Nickolas replied hobbling his way in and she ran over and threw her arms around him.
�Ow!� Jenai winced. �If it wasn�t for you and your quick thinking we�d probably be dead right now.�
�Hey, it�s my job,� Nickolas said and they looked at each other.
�I meant what I said in the pit,� Jenai stated.
�So did I,� Nickolas said. She smiled and hugged him again.
�I want some of this action,� Jakob said stealing Jenai away from Nickolas. �Damn, girl, you had me scared.�
�Try being me,� Jenai said.
�I�m just glad you�re all right,� Jakob said.
�So what�s going to happen to LaKeisha and Skip?� Jenai asked.
�Right now they�re in the back of the swat truck,� Nickolas replied. �They�re trying to arrange a private jet to take us back to L.A.� Jenai nodded.
�So how�s the memory coming along?� Jakob asked. �Remember anything else?�
�Yeah, actually,� Jenai replied and Marty looked at her. �I remember seeing LaKeisha and Skip off to the side watching.� Marty continued looking at her closely. �I also remember them mentioning the money and the diamond.� They just looked at her and she looked off into the distance. �They weren�t going to kill us at first. They just wanted the $200 G�s and the diamond. They raped us to get us to talk and when that didn�t work they shot Alexis and then Brianna. They were just warning shots to get me to talk and when I wouldn�t they killed them. It was all about the money and diamond.� Jakob just looked at her and sighed. �All the blanks are filled in now.�
�Yeah,� Jakob agreed. �It�s just a shame you had to remember this way.�
�But I remembered,� Jenai said. That�s the important thing.�
�Yes it is,� Marty said.
�I can�t believe they did all this for some lousy money and a stupid diamond,� Paulina said. �It�s so stupid.�
�You�re telling me,� Jenai said pouring herself some tea.
�So what is this diamond they were willing to kill for?� Dannika asked.
�Myth has it that it�s a big ass diamond,� Nickolas said trying to make a diagram with his hands, but no succeeding. �It�s worth millions, hell probably billions, and it�s said to be the key to A� man Soo�s treasures.� Jenai looked at him surprised he knew so much about the diamond. �They say the treasures buried in a temple underground and the heart is the key to open it.�
�Where is the temple?� Marty asked
�No one knows,� Nickolas replied.
�Egypt,� Jenai whispered.
�What?� Marty asked and she looked at him.
�I didn�t say anything,� Jenai denied stirring her tea.
�Where is the diamond, Jenai?� Marty questioned.
�I don�t know,� Jenai said. �I don�t have it for the millionth time. Even if I did it wouldn�t do anyone any good since no one knows where the temple is.�
�She�s got a point,� Justin said. �As far as history�s concerned, the Heart Diamond of A� man Soo and her golden treasures is just a legend.�
�Exactly,� Jenai agreed. �It�s an 800 year old legend. It�ll remain that way until someone finds the diamond and the temple.�
�So where is it?� Marty asked again smiling and Jenai looked at him. �I�m your brother so you can tell me.�
�I don�t know, Marty,� Jenai snapped and they looked at them. �If I did you know I would share with you.� She reached for a Danish just as Marty did.
�Sorry,� Marty said moving his hand.
�What happened?� Jenai asked noticing the scar on his right hand. �I never noticed that before.�
�Oh, I, uh was on a shoot and there was this nail sticking out of the wall and I didn�t see it,� Marty explained.
�Oh,� Jenai said leaving his hand go and picking up a Danish. She sat on the table beside Nickolas and started thinking. She picked up the letter opener and drove it through her strangler�s right hand; getting her neck in the process. Jenai touched the scar on her neck and looked at Marty�s hand. �Impossible,� Jenai whispered.
�Everything ok?� Nickolas asked and she looked at him.
�Yeah,� Jenai lied grinning and started thinking again.
�Where�s the diamond and money?� Skip asked and she looked at her surroundings.
�I don�t know,� Jenai said looking at the people. She looked at them all and then went back to the one. There he was: wearing a gray business suit, trench coat, and fedora and feeling and looking very confident�Marty. Marty Joseph Miller-Wallace; her brother�
�Son of a bitch,� Jenai said and her cup fell out of her hand and she jumped up.
�Whoa, Josie, take it easy,� Justin said and she looked at him. �Is everything all right?�
�Yeah, sorry,� Jenai apologized. �I guess I�m a lot tired than I thought.�
�Maybe you should go lie down,� Nickolas suggested and she shook her head. �I think you should.�
�I�m fine,� Jenai lied.
�If you say so,� Nickolas said.
�Pack up people,� Kevin ordered peeking into the tent. �We�re leaving in two hours.�
�Gotcha,� Jakob said.
�Kev, wait up!� Jenai called going after him.
�She knows where the diamond is,� Marty stated.
�How do you know?� Nickolas asked eyeing him closely.
�Because Jenai ain�t a good liar,� Marty replied and they all looked at him.

�Hey, JJ,� Nickolas said and she looked. �Come here a second.� Jenai looked at him a second and then walked over to the tent.
�What�s up?� Jenai asked and he pulled her inside. �Ooh.� She smiled.
�This ain�t about us,� Nickolas said pointing and she looked.
�Oh; of course not,� Jenai said. �So what�s up?�
�JJ,� Dannika began, �we�re a little leery about Marty.�
�Right to the point,� Jenai said. �I like that.� They looked at her. �You too, huh?� They nodded. �Ain�t it odd how he kept asking about the diamond?�
�Very odd,� Nickolas said. �And the scar on his hand.�
�It matches the one on my neck,� Jenai pointed out. �I don�t want to believe it, but I think he�s involved. I mentioned my suspicions to Kevin.�
�What�d he say?� Jakob asked.
�He�d look into it,� Jenai replied, as the tent was opened.
�Miss Richardson, Sergeant Richardson would like to see you,� Fitzgerald said.
�I�ll be right there,� Jenai said. �Don�t tell Marty about your suspicions.� She walked out and went to find Kevin. She looked at the people rushing around, but didn�t see Kevin. She didn�t even see Marty or Paulina anywhere and she walked around the camp they had set up. She couldn�t find either one and went into the cabin. �Kev, are you here?� She started back the hall and saw Kevin standing outside the one room peeking in. �Kev.�
�Shh,� Kevin said looking at her and she stood beside him. �Marty and Paulina are in there. They�re looking for something.�
�The diamond,� Jenai whispered.
�I thought you didn�t have it,� Kevin said and she looked at him.
�I don�t,� Jenai denied for what felt like the millionth time. �I can�t believe Marty�s in on this.�
�Where�s the diamond, Jenai?� Kevin questioned.
�You too, huh?� Jenai said walking away shaking her head and Kevin followed.
�Not me,� Kevin said, as they went outside. �If you have it then get it so this can end.�
�I don�t have the fucking diamond,� Jenai snapped. �And if I did I wouldn�t share it with anyone, because it�s obvious you�re all greedy.�
�I don�t care about the damn diamond,� Kevin said. �I want this to be over so you can be safe again.� She just looked at him a moment and then turned to walk away, but stopped as a blonde woman walked towards them. Jenai watched this woman, as she walked by and she looked back at Jenai. It all seemed to go in slow motion for Jenai, as she realized there was something eerily familiar about her.
�Kev, who was that?� Jenai asked.
�Um, Officer Bria Grant,� Kevin replied. �She works on the force here in Kentucky.�
�Oh,� Jenai said walking back to the tent. She went inside and sat next to Justin.
�Everything all right, Josie?� Justin asked, but Jenai ignored him.
�Jenai,� Jakob said and she ignored him also and they looked at each other. �Jenai.� She just ignored them and he shook her.
�Huh?� Jenai said looking at them.
�Is everything all right?� Justin asked again.
�Uh, yeah,� Jenai replied. She sighed and they just looked at her. �Kev and I just saw Marty and Paulina searching the one bedroom.�
�Were they looking for the diamond?� Dannika asked.
�That�s our guess,� Jenai replied. �If you ask me again where it is I just might have to flip out on ya�s. I don�t know where it is and that�s the truth.�
�We believe you,� Aaron said.
�Thank you,� Jenai said. �Can I get some tea?�
�Sure,� Jakob said pouring her some. �Milk and three sugars?� She nodded.
�Jake, did you see Officer Bria Grant?� Jenai asked.
�No, why?� Jakob asked.
�Call me crazy, but she looks like Brianna,� Jenai replied.
�Really?� Jakob said and she nodded, as he handed her the tea. �Well Brianna�s been dead for ten years.�
�I know, Jake,� Jenai said. �I could�ve been imagining it since I miss her a lot.� She wiped her eyes. �But this girl is identical to her.� Jakob just looked at her and they sat there in silence a few minutes.
Nickolas broke the silence by saying, �Ok, Timberlake, I�ve been wondering.�
�What?� Justin asked.
�Why do you call JJ �Josie�?� Nickolas questioned.
�Because she resembles Josie from Josie and the Pussycats,� Justin answered and Jenai grinned.
�Oh,� Nickolas said and they all looked at Jenai.
�I guess she does in a way,� Dannika stated.
�In a way,� Nickolas agreed.
�You have no right doing this, Kevin,� they heard Marty�s voice outside the tent.
�I have every right,� Kevin said and Jenai walked out.
�What�s going on?� Jenai asked.
�Jenai, tell Kevin he�s making a huge mistake,� Marty requested.
�What�s the charge?� Jenai asked.
�Trespassing, murder, attempted murder, sexual assault�basically the same stuff the others are charged with,� Kevin replied. Jenai and Marty just looked at each other. �Paulina Gonzalez is charged with the same.�
�Jenai, don�t let him do this,� Marty said. �I�m your brother.� Jenai just continued looking at him and he sighed disgustedly.
She went to walk away, but stopped and looked at him saying, �You were there. I remember seeing you. You were standing there off to the side and you watched. You watched me get raped and you watched them shoot me and leave me for dead. You watched the whole thing Marty, but you didn�t do anything. Then when I was recovering in the hospital you had the nerve to act like you cared.�
�I did care,� Marty said.
�Liar!� Jenai snapped. �The only thing you cared about was that fucking diamond! You believed that if I died you would never find it. Well you�re never going to find it.� She turned and started walking away.
�Tell me where the diamond is?� Marty rebutted. She shook her head and continued walking. �Jenai! I want that diamond!�
�I don�t have it!� Jenai yelled spinning around.
�Let�s go,� Kevin said pushing him along. �Bring Miss Gonzalez.�
Jenai just stood there watching them and Nickolas asked, �Are you all right?� She looked at him. �Yeah that was a stupid question.�
�I�ll be fine, Nick,� Jenai assured him.
�Are ya sure?� Nickolas asked.
�No,� Jenai said starting to cry and Nickolas hugged her. �He took advantage of me. He made me believe he cared about me to get close so I would tell him where the diamond is. I don�t know where it is. I saw it a couple times before, but I don�t know what happened to it.�
Nickolas looked at her and said, �You saw the Heart Diamond of A� man Soo?� She nodded her head in guilt and gave a little grin. �You�re just full of surprises.� She just looked at him and he shook his head while smirking. �Oh, Jenai, you�re just�� He sighed. �Come here.� He hugged her again. �Don�t worry I�m not going to harass you about it although it�ll be nice to see.�
�It�s beautiful, Nick,� Jenai said. �That�s something I remember about it.�
�I�m sure it�s not as beautiful as you though,� Nickolas said and she looked at him.
�Officer Grant, we need you over here!�
�Coming!� Grant said and Jenai watched her.
�Brianna,� Jenai whispered reaching out her hand to touch her, but she couldn�t reach. �Brianna.�
�Are you all right?� Marty asked bending down beside Brianna.
�Yeah, I�m fine,� Brianna said sitting up.
�Good,� LaKeisha said handing her a vile. �You�re going to have to drink this.�
�What is it?� Brianna asked.
�It�s just something to slow your heartbeat and be undetected,� Daniel said. �They�ll think you�re dead, but it won�t hurt ya so don�t worry.�
�Drink it and we�ll be back for ya in 24 hours,� Marty said.
�Alright,� Brianna said drinking what was in the vile.
�Twenty-four hours, Bri,� LaKeisha said and Brianna laid back down. �Then we�ll find the money and the Heart Diamond of A� man Soo.� Jenai watched them walk away and then her eyes drifted shut�
�Nick,� Jenai said.
�What?� Nickolas asked.
�I don�t think Brianna�s dead,� Jenai said.
�What?� Jakob asked, as Jenai left Nickolas go.
�I remembered something before I went unconscious,� Jenai said.
�What�s that?� Jakob asked.
�They made Brianna drink something from a vile that would make it seem like she was dead,� Jenai explained.
�Who is �they�?� Jakob asked.
�Marty, LaKeisha, and Daniel,� Jenai stated. �It made her heart be undetected.�
�Like Romeo and Juliet,� Nickolas said.
�Yeah,� Jenai agreed. �Like that.�
�Are you sure?� Jakob asked.
�I�m positive,� Jenai replied. �My sister�s still alive and my whole family was plotting against me.� She sighed. �Including Daniel.�
�I told ya I didn�t trust him,� Nickolas stated.
�But he doesn�t remember anything,� Dannika reminded them.
�Ain�t that a convenience,� Jenai said looking at Daniel. �After all this time he�s suddenly alive and kidnapped. It was too easy.�
They all just looked at her and Jakob said, �She�s right. Rescuing Marty, Daniel, and Paulina was too easy. Those guys gave up without a fight. They have people on the inside.�
�Marty, Daniel, Brianna, and Paulina,� Jenai said. �They�re the ones ya want.�
�We got Marty and Paulina,� Justin said.
�So ya need to get Daniel and Brianna,� Jenai stated.
�Alright,� Jakob said. �Ya convinced me. Carter, let�s go talk to Daniel. The rest of you stay here and be cool.� They nodded and watched Nickolas and Jakob walk over to Daniel.
�I could go for something to drink,� Justin said.
�Me too,� Summer said going into the tent.
�You coming, Josie?� Justin asked.
�I�ll be right there,� Jenai replied watching Justin go into the tent. She pulled her hand part way out of her coat pocket and looked at the gun she stole from Nickolas.
