�It�s horrible,� Josephine stated. �I don�t know what I would do if it happened to me.�
�She probably set the whole thing up just to get attention,� Venus said. �Just like the whole baby thing. I bet ya there�s nothing even wrong with her.�
�Why would she lie?� Destiny questioned. �You saw how devastated she was when they had to choose. She would love nothing more than to give Nick a child herself.�
�Yeah right,� Venus said. �It would ruin her figure and we wouldn�t want that.�
�I can�t believe you�re still acting this way towards her,� Destiny said. �She was one of your best friends.�
��Was� being the key word. She hasn�t been my friend since the day she married Carter.�
�Get over it, V,� Josephine said.
�Look at all he�s done to hurt her. He�s an asshole and she deserves better.�
�I don�t think it can get any better than Nick,� Destiny said.
�Yes it can.�
�Like who?� Danielle asked.
�Brad; there is a guy that would give up everything and move heaven and earth for her.�
�So would Nick,� Danielle rebutted.
�Not like Brad would.�
�They�re just friends and will never be anything more,� Destiny said and Venus rolled her eyes.
�There�s also Braxton Miller.�
�Braxton?� Josephine said. �Yeah right. Sunn can�t stand him and would never dump Nick for him. Besides, Braxton is an arrogant bastard and always will be.�
�He�s in town and a changed man. The military does wonders.�
�And you saw him?� Destiny asked.
�Yes I did and he still has a thing for Sunshine. Personally I think they�d be cute.�
�Did you remind him she�s married?� Danielle questioned.
�Nope; I forget she�s married.� She smiled. �I told him she�ll be home in about a week and to stop by.�
�I�m hoping you didn�t give him her address,� Josephine said.
�Both of them.�
�Ugh, Venus!� they all said.
�I�m just doing Sunn a favor.�
�You�re going to cause problems with her and Nick,� Destiny stated.
�Good.�
�What the hells your problem?� Destiny wanted to know.
�I can�t stand Nick. I just want Sunn away from him.�
�He�s the love of her life,� Danielle pointed out. �And if she gives him up, because you hate him, there�s got to be something wrong with her.�
�I think there�s more to this,� Destiny said and they looked at her. �You don�t want Sunn and Nick together, because you want Nick for yourself.�
�I don�t think so,� Venus said.
�Well I do.�
�And why�s that?�
�Because of the way you treat him. And Sunnie. It�s like you�re jealous.�
�She�s right,� Josephine agreed.
�I am not jealous,� Venus rebutted.
�Yes you are,� Josephine said. �And I should know.� They all looked at her. �Remember the whole thing that happened with me, Sunn, Howie, and Nick? I wasn�t the one jealous though and it was Howie. He was jealous because Nick had Sunn and he didn�t.�
�It�s the same situation, V,� Destiny said.
�No it�s not,� Venus said. �Nick�s an ass and we�d all be a lot happier if he wasn�t in our lives.�
�Don�t you mean you�d be a lot happier if he wasn�t in Sunn�s,� Destiny said.
�I can�t believe I�m listening to this,� Venus said. �Dani, are you going to back me up?�
�I�m staying out of it,� Danielle replied. �I have other and better things to worry about than worrying about who has a thing for whom.�
�What do you have to worry about?� Josephine asked.
�Brian, Adrianna, and Brayden,� Danielle replied. �Plus my job and giving Sunnie Jo and Nick a baby�or two.� She smiled. �I think ya�ll should concentrate on your family and not on who wants who, who hates who, or who�s jealous of who or whatever. We all got small children that need us and that�s what we should be worrying about.�
�You�re right,� Destiny agreed. �We�re friends and should be swapping mothering tips.�
�Exactly,� Josephine agreed.
�So let�s,� Danielle suggested and they nodded.
�I still don�t want Carter,� Venus replied and they all just looked at her.
