�You�re soaked in sweat.� He closed the door and picked her up. He carried her to the sofa and laid her down.

Do you have it with you?� She only looked at him. �Do you want to end up in the hospital again?� She didn�t say anything and he picked up her bag. He started going through it and pulled out her medicine. She watched him get it ready a second then passed out. �Sunshine!� He checked her pupils then put the needle in her arm. When he was done he just looked at her. �Shit! What the hell did he do this time?� He continued watching Sunshine for a few minutes and pushed her hair from her face. If she was with him she wouldn�t be going through this pain right now. He would treat her like the princess that she was. He went to pick up the phone when Sunshine moaned and moved. He knelt in front of her again and touched her face, as she opened her eyes. �You scared me.�

�Are you all right?� She nodded as he checked her pulse again. �I was ready to call an ambulance.� She only looked at him as tears filled her eyes. �Your pulse ain�t the way I like it, but it�s better than it was.� He looked at her. �What�s wrong?� She sat up and wiped her eyes. �You were saying something about Nick and Tabu.� She didn�t say anything. �What happened?�
�We got there and saw them. We walked over and she was sitting on his lap. Danielle was right, but it wasn�t Sapphire.� She just left the tears go down her face. �I was an idiot.�

�I thought he loved me, but I was wrong. I thought by him choosing me over our children would prove to everyone how much he loved me, but I was wrong again. I�ve been completely wrong about him for the past five years.�

�I gave him my heart and what do I get in return? A broken one.� Bradley just looked at her not knowing what to say. �Why did I have to fall for him? She was so comfortable on his lap. That�s my lap. That�s where I�m supposed to be, not anyone else. The guys were just sitting there watching him and doing nothing. They knew about it and said nothing to me.�
�Are you sure that�s what it is?�
�What else could it be? I believe in my eyes and I believe in what I saw.� She wiped her eyes and he sat beside her. �I didn�t know where to go and you were always there for me.�
�And it�s not going to change.� They just sat there in silence for a half hour with Sunshine staring at the empty fireplace. Her crying stopped and Bradley just watched her. She laid her head on his shoulder and he put his arms around her. �Are you ok?�
�I�ll be fine.�
�Are ya sure?�
�Yeah�I think.� She looked at him and grinned. �Don�t worry.� He gave a little smile and she looked back at the fireplace. She stared at the fireplace another ten minutes then looked at Bradley again.
�What?� She didn�t say anything and just kissed him. Bradley stopped her, but she kissed him again. �Sunn, don�t do this.� She continued kissing him and he finally kissed her in return. They sat there kissing and Sunshine kicked off her boots. She put her one leg over Bradley and put her arms around his neck. She pulled him closer and started leaning back. He laid her completely back and they continued kissing.
She put her hand at the bottom of her shirt and said, �Do it.�
�I can�t.�
�Just do it. Don�t think twice.�
�You�re married.�
�That didn�t stop Nick. Just do it, Fischetti. It�s a once in a lifetime opportunity.� Bradley just looked at her a second then did as she requested. They continued kissing and Sunshine left him go down further. He went to her neck then to her chest and down to her stomach. He undid her pants and went back up to her mouth. They started kissing for a few minutes and Bradley started touching her in places she only left Nickolas. �Brad, stop. Please stop it.� He stopped and looked at her.
�What�s wrong?�
�I can�t do this.� She pushed him off her and got up. �I�m sorry.�
�She put her shirt back on and picked up her stuff. �I�m sorry. I didn�t mean to lead you on like this.� She went towards the door.

�Brad, I can�t.� She walked out and Bradley just sat there.

Sunshine walked into the condo about two a.m. and slammed the door shut. She locked it and started going down the steps when she spied Nickolas coming from the kitchen. She continued walking and looked away from him. He watched her throw her stuff by the closet and go towards the hall.
�Sunnie, can we talk?� She ignored him and went back the hall. He left out a disgusted sigh and stood there a couple minutes then started walking when Sunshine came from the hall.
�Answer me one thing, Carter. Why the hell did you marry me if you were just going to humiliate me in public? Why the hell did you pick me over the children if you were just going to humiliate me? In public? Why the hell did you even bother with me and make me believe you actually loved me for me and not because I can give you what you want if you were just going to humiliate me in public? �Yeah right.� He stood in front of her and wiped her eyes.

She kissed him in return for a moment then they stopped. �Now is that a kiss from a cheating husband?� She just looked at him. �I would never hurt you, not by cheating on you anyway. I can�t promise I won�t ever hurt you, because it�s impossible. Marriage�s are supposed to have there problems.�

�Probably not.� They laughed. �Their lives are just perfect.�
�Too perfect to last.� She smiled and they kissed again. �They put their arms around each other and hugged.
They hugged a couple minutes then Sunshine said, �Nicky, I think you should know that I almost slept with Bradley tonight.� Nickolas didn�t say anything and felt her tears on his neck. �I-I thought�I went there after Tabu. I told him what happened and we were sitting there and I kissed him. I told him to and then he started touching me in places I only ever left you. That�s when I came back to reality and left. I couldn�t do it. I couldn�t do that to the man I love even if he did it to me.�

�I�m glad.� He led her over to the sofa and they sat down. They sat there a couple minutes and Nickolas looked at her, as she looked at him. He smiled and they kissed.
�When I saw that girl on your lap I thought Danielle was right about you cheating on me.�
�Never. I married you didn�t I?�
�Yeah.� He smiled. �Who was she?�
�Who?�
�That girl at Tabu.�
�Oh, um�� He made a thinking face. �She did say, but I can�t remember. I think it started with a B though.� She just looked at him. �I�m serious. I don�t remember. You know how I am with names. I only remember the important ones.�

�Nicky, I didn�t say that.�
�Ya might as well. Why don�t you go back to Fischetti and listen to some more of his bullshit.�

He knows not to.� She got up. �If you actually listen to me before assuming right away you�d hear what I was going to say.� He looked at her. �You always assume and never listen. I don�t even know why I bother talking to you half the time, because you never listen.� She went to walk away, but Nickolas grabbed her by the waist.

�Yes; I�m sorry for assuming right away and not listening. What were you going to say?� She just looked at him. �Please?� He smiled. �I love you.� He continued smiling.
�I never said I didn�t believe you. I just think that what almost happened with Brad will come between us.�
�It�s not going to. I promise.� He took her in his arms. �I left Brad come between us once and I ain�t going to make that same mistake again. I love you way too much to do that.�

�Forget it all right. You�re here with me and not doing only God knows what with someone else. We�re together and I wouldn�t want anything else at this moment. I just want you.�

�Good.� She looked at him and he wiped eyes. �Stop those tears alright. I don�t� want to see anymore and give me that smile I love.� She smiled. �Thank you.� He kissed her then they hugged. They stood there a couple minutes then Sunshine started kissing his neck.
�Ya know, we haven�t made love since I�ve been out of the hospital and I know it�s killing you, because it�s killing me.� He pulled gently on her hair as she continued kissing his neck. �Four months is a long time to go without it when you�re married so let�s change all that tonight.�
�If you�re ready again. I mean, because of what�� She kissed him to shut him up. �I guess you are.�
She undid his pants and he took off her shirt. She pushed his pants down and took his boxers with. As she stood up, she took him in her hand and kissed him for a moment then stepped back. She looked over his nice built sexy physique and smiled. He just looked at her and smiled as she finished undressing. As she finished Nickolas grabbed her and started kissing her. While kissing they made their way to the sofa and Nickolas laid her down and laid on top of her as they continued to kiss.
