�Then understand that I want you,� Nickolas stated. �Yes I would love to have a family with you one day, but it ain�t now and I�m cool with that. If God lets us we can have a family in the future.�
�What if he doesn�t let us?�

�But when I met you, Sweets, I never wanted anything as much as I wanted you; not even a family. Ya know, right now I don�t care if we never have a family, because all I want is you. I can�t live without you and you know that.�

�I�m sorry to interrupt, Mrs. Carter,� the nurse apologized and Sunshine and Nickolas just smiled. �But Dr. Matheson just went into delivery.�
�Oh,� Sunshine said.
�I can reschedule you for 3:30/4 if that�s not a problem.�
�Uh, of course not.�
�Alright; 3:30/4 it is then.�
�Ok. Thank you.�
�You�re welcome.� The nurse walked away.
�So,� Nickolas said. �What do you want to do while we wait?�
�I don�t know,� Sunshine said.
�Find an abandoned room and ya know.� He smirked.
�I don�t think so ya perv. I gave it to ya practically all night two nights in a row.�
�I know.� He smiled while remembering. �And I was just kidding anyway.�
�Sure ya were. I�m actually hungry.�
�Then let�s go down to the caf� and get you something.�
�Nah, I�m hungry for McDonald�s.� She stood up. �Oh!� Nickolas jumped up.
�Are you all right?�
�Yeah, I�m fine. I just got this sharp pain in my back.�
�But you�re all right?�
�Yeah.�
�Ok.� They started walking. �That�s another reason for my decision.� She looked at him. �I hate seeing you in this pain, because it kills me when you�re hurting.�
�I�m fine, Baby. Really I am. I got you by my side. As long as I have you I can get through anything.�
�You make me sound like a God.�
She laughed. �But you�re not and I didn�t mean for it to sound that way.�
�Why not? It sounds good.�
�I�m sure it does.�
�But you saying you love me sounds a katrillion times better.�
She smiled. �I love you.�
�And I love you.� He kissed her as they got on the elevator.

�Hey, Baby,� Alexander said kissing his wife.
�Hey,� Destiny said.
�Where�s Paradise and Alexander?�
�They just laid down for a nap.�
�I see.� He sat beside her on the sofa. �Did you tell Sunn about the baby?�
�Not yet.�
�I didn�t even tell the guys yet, because Nick�s always around.�
�I�m sure the girls will and they�ll keep it secret for now.�
�Yeah.�
�I don�t want to tell Sunn yet, because of what�s going on. I think I�ll just wait until I start showing, which will probably be my fourth or fifth month. I�m only going on two so it�ll give us sometime.�
�It�ll probably be for the best to wait anyway. They have enough to deal with right now.�
�Yeah; Sunshine�s going to let us know after her appointment what�s going to happen. In all honesty, I hope they decide not to have the baby. I�m not trying to be selfish.�
�I understand.�
�It�s just that Nick will die if he lost Sunshine and I wouldn�t want their child to grow up without their parents.�
�I know what ya mean.� They sat their in silence a few moments thinking.
�I kind of feel guilty about what happened to Sunn.�
�What do ya mean?�
�I mean, I went out with Nick and she went to Australia.� Alexander looked at her. �I basically pushed her into going by breaking a promise between us. She got hurt and got sick, because of me.�
�This ain�t your fault, Baby. She would�ve gone anyway to fulfill her dream of acting.� She sighed. �Besides, Nick, D, and Jo had a hand in helping you.�
�Maybe so, but if it wasn�t for me Nick wouldn�t have pushed her away.�
�So you�ll blame yourself? If Nick loved her back then as much as he does now he wouldn�t have pushed Sunn away. He�s to blame also. He could�ve ended it with you to be with her, but he didn�t. When she left that day he made up his mind.�
�But he hated himself and waited for her to come home and I was a lousy ass friend to her.�
�I don�t think Sunn blames you or the others for what happened to her. It�s just what God wanted to happen to Nick and her. He works in mysterious ways. Like with the twins. They came early and you thought something was going to go wrong and nothing did. God has plans for everyone. No matter how small or big or how young or old. He knows what he�s doing.�
�I hope so.�
�He does so don�t worry.�

�Well I am in a sense, but I ain�t going to revolve my life around it, because I have my own family to worry about.�
�Of course you do.� He kissed her.
�And I have to concentrate on that.�
�Plus Sunn has Nick by her side as always.� Destiny nodded and rested herself in her husband�s arms.
