Sunshine sat on the beach with the other girls, as they watched the guys goof around in the water. She was still with Howard despite her feelings for Nickolas. She had no idea what to do anymore. She hated being the dumper. Being the dumpee seemed easier right now. She hated dumping Nickolas and she figured out why she did it. Yeah; she was afraid they would end up having sex, but she knew she could just talk to Nickolas about it. He seemed to understand by their telephone conversations they�ve been having since she told him the truth. He even looked like he understood when they looked at each other. Hell, she knew he wanted her and he had to know she wanted him too. Even the others had to know they wanted each other; including Howard. He just didn�t let on that he knew. He probably didn�t want to face the fact that she was falling in love with one of his best friends. Hell, she didn�t want to face the fact that she was falling in love with Nickolas. It was there though and she couldn�t stop it from happening no matter how hard she tried.
Sunshine sighed, as Josephine said, �It�s so beautiful out today, Sunnie.�
�Yeah,� Sunshine said keeping her gaze on Nickolas.
�Nice and sunny,� Josephine added.
�Yeah,� Sunshine repeated smiling, as Nickolas looked at her from the water.
�Are you all right?�
�Mmmhmm.�
�Are you sure?�
�Yeah; why?�
�You seem disoriented or something.� Sunshine looked at her. �I mean, ya have this hot boyfriend with our male dream bod, but you can�t stop looking at Carter.� Sunshine sighed. �Don�t you want to be with Howie?�
�Honestly I don�t know anymore.�
�What do ya mean?�
�I don�t know.� Nickolas looked at her again and smiled. �Nicky was so great to me. He treated me so right, ya know.� Josephine nodded. �D doesn�t even compare to Nick. He doesn�t even treat me half as good as Nick did, ya know. I mean, he tries though, ya know, and it�s just so, like, weird. It�s, like, he�s trying to win my affection or something, ya know.�
�A part of him has to know how ya feel about Nick, right. I mean, it�s obvious to the rest of us when you two look at each other. The way you look at Nickolas is a way you�ve never looked at a guy before. Your look is full of passion and love and need and want.� Sunshine grinned. �You had boyfriends and I�ve never seen a look like that before towards them. Hell, I�ve never looked at anyone like that before either.�
�Yes you did.�

�There was this time at the BSB show where Dani and I saw you and D in each others arms and I seen that look between you two.�
�That was a look like you and Nick give each other?�
�Well not exactly, but it was a needy look. It was like you just wanted to take each other right there, ya know.� Josephine laughed. �Who was I to say anything? I wanted to take Nick.�
Josephine nodded and said, �Nick�s really something special to you, isn�t he?�
�Yeah�I guess he is.� Sunshine looked at Nickolas again and smiled. �I�ve never met anyone like him before.�
�That�s cool.�
�Ya think?�
�Yeah; you�re in love.�
�No I�m not.�
�Whatever.� Sunshine grinned.
�Brian has a nice bod,� Destiny stated and they looked at her. �Did you ever see it?�
�Yes we did,� Sunshine said.
�And then some more,� Josephine said under her breath and Sunshine chuckled.
�What was that?� Destiny asked.
�Uh, look at those four,� Josephine replied covering herself up and pointing.
They all looked and saw Nickolas, Howard, Alexander, and Brian in the water trying to drown each other. They laughed and shook their heads, as Kevin walked towards them with a couple girls checking him out. Josephine patted the spot between her and Sunshine for him to sit down. As Kevin sat down, he gave Josephine a kiss and the other girls walked away disappointed.
�Someone was sweatin� ya, Kevy,� Sunshine smirked. �And it wasn�t me.�
Kevin just looked at her, smiled, and shook his head, as Josephine asked, �Why ain�t you in the water with them?�
�I wasn�t in the mood to drown anyone today,� Kevin replied.
�Is it just me or does it seem like Howie is trying to off Nick or something?� Sunshine asked and they all looked at her. �I mean it. C�mon, look at him. He�s, like, ganging up on Nickolas while he�s trying to drown Brian.�
�I don�t think he�s trying to off him,� Kevin said.
�Whatever,� Sunshine said rolling her eyes.
�Why don�t you just break up with Howie?� Danielle stated.
�If I do that now he just might kill Nick,� Sunshine pointed out. �It�s, like, he�s jealous of Nick or something.�
�Well you are in love with the guy,� Danielle said.
�I am not in love with Nick,� Sunshine denied again and sighing, as the other four guys joined them and Sunshine looked at Nickolas. �Done trying to kill each other?� Howard stood above her and getting her wet. �You�re blocking the sun.�
�You don�t need the sun to make ya hot,� Howard said sitting down beside her. �That�s why ya got me.� Nickolas glared at him. Sunshine just looked at Howard not a bit amused and he went to kiss her, but she turned her head and Nickolas grinned.
�You�re still in love with her, aren�t ya?� Alexander questioned Nickolas whispering.
�Why must my personal feelings be everyone�s business?� Nickolas inquired.
�Sorry, Bro,� Alexander apologized. �But it�s pretty obvious how ya feel for her. Especially when she�s with another guy, like our friend Howie, you�re always glaring.�
�It just reminds me of how close we were,� Nickolas stated. �I�m honestly trying to move on.�
�Whatever,� Alexander said. �I understand.�
�Hey, Nick,� Sunshine interrupted. �Bar-b-que at your house, right?�
�I guess so,� Nickolas said.
�Then let�s go,� Brian replied. �I�m hungry.�
�You�re always hungry,� Destiny stated, as they started cleaning up their stuff.
