PROOFS
The corresponding author is asked to check the gallery proofs. Corrections others than printer’s errors, however, should be avoided. Costs arising from such corrections will be charged.
OFFPRINTS
For each contribution the corresponding author will receive one copy of the issue free of charge. An order form for additional offprints, additional issues or a pdf file will be provided along with the gallery proofs.
COPYRIGHT
Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that they have read and agreed to the terms of the lOS Press Author Copyright Agreement in the Authors corner on our web site: www.iospress.nl.
