Biography

Tiffany Renee� Shepherd was born on February 5th, 1988 in Vincennes, Indiana.� At a young age of 8, Tiffany began her gymnastics career at a small gym called Fantastic Gymnastics. She was soon placed on the gym's competitive team.�Tiffany progressed quickly each year. Her family relocated to Allentown, PA where she jointed Parkettes National Gymnastics Center.�Tiffany trained 38 to 41 hours a week during her 4 year stay at Parkettes. After deciding she wanted to return to the public school system she change gyms. She has been training for the past year at Lehigh Valley Sports Academy under Natalie Yuerchenko.

Tiffany has trained at three gyms during her 9-year career in gymnastics. She started out at Fantastic Gymnastics in Aurora, Indiana where she went from level 5 to level 8. She then moved to Parkettes Gymnastics in Allentown, Pennsylvania where she went from Level 8 to Level 10, and trained for elite. She then moved to her current gym, Lehigh Sports Academy where she is training level 10.
