Zhang Wei is a highly trained chef with 10 years experience and is proficient in both traditional Chinese dishes as well as newer inovations and cutting edge experimental dishes. Chef Zhang Wei trained under his tutor for 5 years before earning his own 5 star rating. He has worked in several provinces in China, originally in the Sichuan province in the city of Chengdu. From there he moved on to Hong Kong and came to the U.S. 4 years ago when he fell in love with our city. He came back 2 years ago at our behest to begin a career working with our kitchen. He has happily assimilated into our community and enjoys the local parks, spending time with his family, and volunteering at our local food bank and soup kitchens. Chef Zhang Wei is dedicated to his team, is an exellent leader, and embodies our core values of community service and professionalism.
