Being as the Yakuza might encounter a great deal of legal issues, it will be necessary for the Yakuza to have a group of lawyers that will be able to defend members of the Yakuza or prosecute those that are at odds with the Yakuza. In the case that a Yakuza in stranded in another country or any other similar circumstance in which a Yakuza lawyer might not be able to reach them, all Yakuza ranked Baron or above must attain knowledge or all legal issues through passing a bar exam. There are many ways in which to aquire one of these. Once the Yakuza is grounded it may even pay for its members to take courses in law but until then it is up to a Yakuza to privately study in order to attain this requirement. |
