I've not had a friend for many years,
To talk to about all of my fears.
I'm to blame for this alone,
Because I never leave my home.
The pain just gets too much to bear,
It's not because I just don't care.
But to my rescue you have come,
So I want to say you're number one.
Now everyday, I can't wait to see,
Your smiling face as you greet me.
A special friend you have been,
Gods blessings to you, I ask He send.
On the days I've felt so alone and blue,
It cheered me up to talk to you.
It seemed you always made my day,
With your smile and things you say.
Today you gave me a special gift,
It really gave my heart a lift.
This angel I put now in your care,
