If we stay busy we have no time
To get in trouble with evil crimes
If we're taught when we are young
To have respect for everyone
People work throughout their life
For something to show for their strife

But no truer words were ever spoke
When we steal or destroy in crime
Behind bars we should do time
Dear, as you grow now into a man
I pray someday you understand
To always treat others with respect
And in return the same you get
I wish all humanity followed this rule
Accepted prayers in our schools
Then we could all give thanks
With no shootings or robbing banks
In the end it will always pay
If we use our hands in all good ways
Our hands were given by God above
To do His work in the name of love
