We all seem shocked to hear,
When we hear of crimes of hate.
It will get much worse I fear,
When it is left up to the state.
We took God from our schools,
Just because some don`t believe.
Now we must abide by rules,
That leaves us in disbelief.
Even where some children died,
While confessing to loving the Lord.
With no chance to run and hide,
And are gone from us forever more.
No memorials upon their walls,
So children can heal and mend.
From the tragedies in their halls,
If any message of God it sends.
No first amendment right to say,
What we all feel within our hearts.
Someday I fear that we will pay,
That`s when our heartaches start.
I pray someday our leaders see,
I only hope it won`t be too late.
Religion in our schools we need,
God is a must in Church And State.
