The Robin of Sherwood line pieces
take weeks to create and sell out very quickly. Advance orders only
unless specified..
Please allow 8 weeks lead time minimum.
Loxley
Michael Praed was the model for the original Loxley. Mr. Praed has the first casting, which
included a jeweled Albion. He was
very pleased with the sculpture, telling me I immortalized him at 22*. This sculpture had a limited run
and is almost sold out. There are very few Loxley's left. They were not
designed with swords. There are upwards of 25 colors used on Loxley, and paint
time is at least 60 hours.
Marion
Marion is not limited. I have
none in stock, but can produce her in about 2
weeks. She is holding a bouquet of flowers and there are flowers around
the base and in her hair in back. She can be altered so that her right hand
is empty.
Herne
Herne is available with different hand positions (can also
be angled), and different glaze mediums. The Herne pictured first is the one I made to
match Robin and Marion.
Modified Herne.
His rack of antlers now has
3 tines (less lead time), and the base is done in sand-colored realistic stone glaze. His
fur is the same color, the picture is misleading. Herne's fur is done in a
medium brown under glaze, with a speckled glaze overlay.
Both versions of Herne are available.
Multi-tined Herne
takes about 6 weeks to create. The three tined Herne requires slightly less lead time to create.
All sculptures on this page are available in
matte or gloss finish. Please specify which one you want. The matte finish can
also be created by covering a gloss piece with
porcelain spray. You can also do this yourself if you wish.

*Mike told me this when I met up
with him in Bradford, 1996.
Waiver: Mr. Praed
is not connected to Herne's Child, makes no profit from it, and is not endorsing any sales from it.
