Billy calls Mac.  Mac picks up the phone.
Mac:  Hello?
Billy:  Hey Mac. (He smiles)
Mac:  Hi, Billy. (She smiles)
Billy:  I was just thinking that maybe we could meet each other at the
playhouse.
Mac:  Sure.  I'd like that.
Billy:  Great.  I need to talk to you.
Mac:  Yeah we really should talk about things. ( She frowns)
Billy:  Yeah, but I also just wanna see you.  (He smiles)
Mac:  Well I wanna see you too. ( smiles again)
Billy:  That's good to hear.
Mac:  Okay, I'll hurry over.  See you later.
Billy:  Okay, see you later. ( They both hang up the phone)
Mac goes to the door when Jill shows up.
Jill:  Well where are you going?
Mac:  You know, it really isn't any of your business where I'm going.
Jill:  Don't you start messing with me.  Believe me that is the last thing
you want to do.  I want you to know that I will keep a very close eye on you.
Making sure you keep the hell away from my son.  You better listen to my
warning Mackenzie.  Don't be foolish.
Mac walks away from her.  She goes towards the door and opens it.  Jill is
still there watching her.  Raul is standing in the doorway.
Raul:  Hey Mac.  I was just about to ring the doorbell.  (he kiss her on the
cheek.)
Mac:  Hey Raul.  What are you doing here?
Raul:  Well I just came to see you.  Were you about to go somewhere?
Mac:  (she feels guilty)   Yeah, I was going to go take a walk since it was
starting to get a bit stuffy in here.  (Referring to Jill)
Raul:  Oh, well hey, we could take that walk together.
Mac:  Okay. (Thinking how she was going to meet Billy now.)
They go out the door.  Jill still stands there.
Jill:  You better stay with that Raul of yours and stay away from Billy.
Don't ignore my warning Mac.  That would be your biggest mistake.  (She walks
away)

At the playhouse Billy is walking around impatiently, wondering what was
taking Mac so long.
Billy:  Come on Mac.  What is taking you so long.  I hope she didn't run into
any trouble.  I'll just wait a little bit more and then I'll go look for her.
Mac and Raul are on their walk.
Raul:  So Jill is still giving you a hard time? (She doesn't answer him.)
Helloooo, earth to Mac.  Come in Mac.  Are you there?
Mac:  (thinking about Billy snaps out of it.)  Huh?  What?  Oh I'm sorry
Raul.  What did you say?
Raul:  I asked you if Jill was still giving you a hard time.  Are you okay?
What were you thinking about?
Mac:  Nothing, I'm okay.  Umm, yeah Jill is still giving me a hard time.
(Goes back to thinking about Billy.)
Raul:  Are you sure your okay? (knows something is up with her.)
Mac:  Yeah, I'm fine.  Really.
Raul:  Okay.
Mac:  Come on.  We should head back home.
Raul:  Yeah, your right.
Back at the playhouse.
Billy:  Okay, something is definitely wrong.  She should have been here by
now.  I'm going to go see what's going on.  (He leaves the playhouse and
heads over to the Chancellor residence.)
Mac and Raul are back at the Chancellor Residence.
Raul:  Are you still going to do the web site with us?
Mac:  Umm, I'm not sure.
Raul:  Come on, you have to do this.  It'll be fun.  We would get to hangout
together all summer.  (Mac looks at him uncomfortably)  Don't you want to
spend time together this summer?
Mac:  Yes, of course I do.
Raul:  Well good.  ( He wraps his arms around her waist.)  I couldn't think
of anything better to do than to spend time with you.  (Mac smiles
uncomfortably and he kisses her.
Billy arrives at the Chancellor's Residence.  He remembers that he has the
keys to the house so he opens the door.  He looks around before entering.
Walks in and sees Raul and Mac kissing.  He couldn't move.  Seeing them kiss
had never crossed his mind when they agreed to keeping their relationship a
secret.  He never knew how much it would bother him seeing them kiss.  He
couldn't watch anymore and turned around and left.  Just as Billy left, Mac
pulled away from Raul abruptly.
Mac:  You know what, I'm really tired.  I just want to take a nap.
Raul:  Hey sure.  I'll go.  Are you sure you're okay?
Mac:  Yes, I'm sure.  Thanks for asking.
Raul:  (He smiles)  You're welcome.  I'll see you tomorrow.  (He leans in and
kisses her)  Bye.  (He goes out the door)
Mac rushes out the door and hurries over to the playhouse knowing that she
was really late and that Billy must be wondering where she is.
Meanwhile Billy entered his house.  He was still thinking about the kiss.  It
was all he could think about.  He never knew it would be so hard to keep his
relationship with Mac a secret. (He sits on the sofa.  Jack walks in)
Jack:  Hey Billy boy, what going on?  You look so depressed.
Billy:  Well that's because I am.
Jack:  Well what's wrong?
Billy:  Everything.
Jack:  Wow, that serious, huh?
Billy:  Yes Jack, it's that serious.  (He was getting annoyed with Jack and
his stupid questions)  So if you don't mind, I really would like to be alone
right know.
Jack:  Oh not you don't.  You can't get rid of me that easily.  Something is
wrong, so tell me about it.
Billy:  I can't.  It's personal.
Jack:  Come on.  You can tell me anything.  (still no reply from billy so he
gives him a guess)  Is it about Mackenzie?  (He sees the look on Billy's face
when he metioned her name)  So it is about her.  What happened?
Billy:  Nothing happened Jack so just leave me alone.
Jack:  Something is bothering you.  You know you can trust me.
Billy:  I know I can, it's just that I don't really want to talk avout it
right now.
Jack:  All right, all right, I will leave you alone.  If you want to talk,
you know where I am.  (He gives Billy one more look and then leaves)
Mac opens the door to the playhouse.
Mac:  Billy, I'm so sorry I'm late.  Jill had stopped to talk to me and then
Raul Stopped by.  (When she was done, she realized that Billy wasn't there)
He must have waited so long that he thought she wasn't comming.  I have to go
see Billy and appologize and explaing to him aobut what happened.  (she heads
over to the house)
The doorbell rings.  Billy gets up and goes to answer it.  He opens the door.
Billy:  Mac,
Mac:  I'm so sorry for being late, but-
Billy:  You had other things to do.  I know.
Mac:  No it's not that.  Your mother decided to have a little chat with me,
about staying away from you and threatening me as usual.  Then Rual stopped
by.
Billy:  Yeah, I know.
Mac:  How do you know?  Did you stop by my house before?
Billy:  Yeah I did.  I was waiting forever for you Mac, and you didn't show
up, so I got worried and left for you house.  I used the key you gave me and
when I went inside, I saw you with Raul kissing.
Mac:  Billy, I'm so sorry you had to see that, but we are pretending to be
with Raul and Brittany, and I couldn't turn away.  Otherwise he would become
suspicious.
Billy:  I know, I know. It's just I didn't realize how hard it would be to
see you two together.
Mac:  Well, I feel the same about you and Brittany.  You think I enjoy seeing
you two together also?  I don't Billy.  In fact every single time I see you
with her my heart breaks into pieces.
Billy:   I'm sorry.  I didn't realize you felt like that too.  (he hugs her)
Mac:  It's okay.  Oh Billy, what are we going to do?  We can't go on like
this.
Billy:  We are going to have to Mac.  Until  we figure out a way to get my
mom off your back, we have to.  It just kills me to say it.  ( he caresses
her face and leans in to kiss her)
Billy is at the pool house setting up a romantic dinner for Mac.  He had
bought a ring for her a while ago, but their was never a right time to give
it to her.  He dicided that tonight was the night to give it to her and tell
her that he loves her.  Jack walks into the pool house and sees all the work
that Billy did in there.
Jack:  Hey there, what is going on here?
Billy:  Oh hi Jack.  I'm just setting up my romantic night with Mac.
Jack:  So I take it that everything is going all right again between you and
Mac now?
Billy:  Well things aren't perfect right now between me and Mac if that's
what your asking.
Jack:  Well the last time I saw you you were so depressed that I thought you
would never come out of it.  Now that everything is okay, you mind telling me
what happened to make you so depressed?
Billy:  It was really nothing   ---
Jack:  Now don't start that nothing thing with me.  I know it was something
so tell me.  I promise I'll keep quiet about everything.  I've been doing
that right from the start Billy.
Billy:  As I was saying Jack,  it was nothing.  (Jack had a look of
frustration) But I'll tell you anyways.  I was supposed to meet Mac
yesterday, but she was late and I was getting worried so I decided to go over
to her house to check up on her.  When I went inside the house ---
Jack:  Wait a minute you broke in to the Chancellor house?
Billy:  No I didn't break in.  I used the key that Mac gave me.  Anyways I
saw ---
Jack:  Mac gave you a key to her house?
Billy:  Yes Jack, so we could see each other.  (He was getting annoyed with
Jack) Anyways do you want to hear the story or what Jack?
Jack:  Sorry.
Billy:  Okay so I saw Mac and Raul kissing.  I guess that's when everything
finally hit me.  I realized how hard keeping our relationship a secret is.
And I also realized how much I hate seeing Mac and Raul together and
especially kissing.
Jack:  So that's what got you so depressed.  You have to know that that was
bound to happen since technically she and Raul are together.
Billy:  No they are not together, they are just...
Jack:  They are just what Billy?  What are they?
Billy:  Okay so they are together, but Mac wants to be with me, not Raul.  I
just thought she would try to avoid the whole kissing thing, and not to
mention holding hands, hugging, actually just any touching that's involved.
Jack:  Oh so you mean you want her to not do the things that you and Brittany
have been doing?
Billy: (Without thinking)  Yes.  (Starts to realize what he was saying)  I
mean no.
Jack:  I guess now you know that that's not possibe.
Billy:  Yeah, I know now Jack.  Mac and I had talked and I guess I finally
realized how hard it is for both of us to see each other with another person,
which brings me to plan a romantic evening for Mac and I.  So what do you
think Jack?  How does it look? (referring to the pool house)
Jack:  I think that this is a wonderful plan.  The pool house looks great.
Billy:  I was wondering if you could do me a favor Jack?
Jack:  Sure what is it?
Billy:  Well I was wondering if you could maybe get everybody out of the
house tonight or at least away from the pool house.
Jack:  Sure kiddo.  I can do that.
Billy:  Thanks a lot Jack.  I owe you big time.
Jack:  I know and don't you forget it.  (He and Billy laugh and then Jack
leaves)
Billy:  (talking to himself)  Yes, this will be a perfect night for both of
us Mac.  (He continues to finish setting up the pool house)
Billy calls Mac at the Chancellor residence.  Mac picks up the phone.
Mac:  Hello?
Billy:  Hey Mac it's me Billy.
Mac:  Hey Billy what's up?  Is something wrong?
Billy:  No, no.  Nothing is wrong.  Does something always have to be wrong
for me to call you?
Mac:  Well no, I didn't mean it like that.  It's just that everything is so
unpredictable now with your mother, I don't know.  I guess I'm just worried
that she'll find out and contact my mother.
Billy:  Look Mac, don't worry about my mother.  She won't find out about us.
Mac:  Well if nothing is wrong than why did you call?
Billy:  Oh, I was wondering if you were busy tonight?
Mac:  Tonight?  Why?
Billy:  Well I've got a surprise for you.
Mac:  A surprise?  Really?  For me?
Billy:  (laughs) Yes for you.  So can you come over?
Mac:  Yeah sure.  Now?
Billy:  Yes now.  Get here as fast as you can.
Mac:  All right.  I will be there in a little bit.
Billy:  Okay.  Bye.
Mac:  Bye.  (she hangs up the phone)  I wonder what Billy's surprise is.
Well I better hurry over there if I want to find out.  (she goes to the door
and leaves the house.)
Back at the Abbott residence Billy goes to the pool house to recheck
everything making sure everything is in their place and that things were
perfect.  He was not about to let anything bad happen tonight.  When he was
sure everything was okay he went back to the main house.  Then the doorbell
rang.
Billy:  That must be Mac.  She sure got here quick.  (goes to the door and
sees that it isn't Mac.  He opens the door.)  Brittany, hey what are you
doing here?
Brittany:  Well we haven't really spend any time together and so I thought
maybe I would drop by and we could hang out.  We can watch a movie or go out
if you want.
Billy:  You know what Brittany, tonight isn't really a good night for me.
I'm really beat from today so could we do this another time?
Brittany:  Your tired?  What did you do today that made you so tired?
Billy:  Oh well, I ... I've been cleaning the house.  Yeah I've been cleaning
the house all day.
Brittany:  Cleaning?  You cleaning?  Don't make me laugh Billy.  (she started
to chuckle.)
Billy:  Yes I clean.  Why is that so funny?
Brittany:  Well don't get me wrong, but I can't picture you cleaning.
Billy:  Hey, I resent that.  That's because I'm rich and I have a housekeeper
to do everything doesn't mean that  I don't do anything.
Brittany:  I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you or anything.  I just
thought that was weird.  Well, I guess I'll leave so you could get some
sleep.  Call me tomorrow so we can get together, okay?
Billy:  Yeah, sure.
Brittany:  Goodnight Billy.  (she gives him a kiss on the mouth.  Billy was a
little hesitant about the kiss, but kissed her anyways.)
Mac arrives at the Abbott residence.  She sees Brittany standing at the
doorway.  Her and Billy were kissing.  Mac started to get uncomfortable about
it and started to turn around to leave when Brittany spots her.
Brittany:  Hey Mac, what are you doing here?
Mac:  Oh hey Brittany.  I just came here to see...ummm...I came here to see
if my grandma was here.  Yeah, she said that she was going to stop by the
Abbotts to talk to Mr. Abbott about something.
Brittany:  Oh well I didn't see Mr. Abbott or Mrs. Chancellor at the house.
In fact it doesn't seem like anybody is even home except Billy.
Mac:  Oh, well thanks for telling me, but I'm just gonna go and check with
Billy anyways.
Brittany:  (a little suspicious)  Sure, go ahead.
Mac:  Well thanks, but I don't really need your permission Brittany.
Brittany:  Well, I didn't really mean it that way Mac.  I was simply telling
you that you can do what ever you want.
Mac:  Fine then.  If you'll excuse me.  (she walks past Brittany to the door
and rings the doorbell.  Brittany is still standing there watching her.
Billy opens the door.)
Billy:  Hey Mac, it's about time you-(he stops in mid sentence because he see
Brittany behind Mac.)  What are you doing here?
Mac:  (she was a little worried that Brittany would find out that she lied.)
I came here to see if my grandma was still here.
Billy:  Oh your grandmother?  No she not here.  She left awhile ago.
(Brittany is still standing there.)  Brittany, what are you still doing here?
Brittany:  Oh well I ran into Mac here and she told me that she was looking
for her grandmother.  I told her that I didn't think she was here and she
didn't seem to believe me.
Mac:  It wasn't that I didn't believe you Brittany.  I just wanted to double
check and maybe my grandma told Billy something.
Billy:  Hey, okay you guys, stop it all right?  Your grandma didn't tell me
anything Mac.
Mac:  Thanks anyways.  I'm sorry that I bothered you.  (She was a little mad
at Brittany and the way Billy is acting.  She leaves quickly.)
Billy:  Mac, wait.  (he senses that something is wrong, and was about to go
after her, but Brittany stopped him.)
Brittany:  Forget about Mac, okay.  She'll be fine.  I didn't mean to cause
any trouble with her.
Billy:  Yeah well, you should probably go.  I'm going to go to bed.  (all he
could think about was Mac.  The sooner he got rid of Brittany, the sooner he
could go after Mac.)
Brittany:  Okay.  (she was a little offended that he wanted her to go so
quickly.)  I'll see you tomorrow then.
Billy:  Yeah, tomorrow.  (He turns around and goes inside the house.  Inside
he sees Brittany turn around and leave.)  Oh great.  Finally she's gone.  Now
I have to go find Mac to make sure everything is okay.  ( He leaves the house
in search for Mac.)
Mac reaches the door to her house.  She stands there for a moment and talks
to herself.
Mac:  I can't believe, Billy would invited me over when Brittany was there.
And kissing for that matter.  Arghhh, it just  makes me sick to even see them
anywhere near each other.  Okay, Mackenzie, you are really losing it now.
Here you are talking to yourself.  Get a grip, girl.  (she opens the door and
steps inside.  Jill comes down the stairs and sees Mac.)
Jill:  Well, well, what do we have here.  Where were you?
Mac:  Look Jill, I am in no mood right now to deal with you, so why don't you
just leave me alone.
Jill:  Leave you alone?  Honey, that's not going to happen, especially
anytime soon so answer my question.  Where were you?
Mac:  What's it to you?  (She's getting an attitude.)
Jill:  Don't you start that with me, now I'll ask you again, where were you?
Mac:  I went out.  (Mac walks past her into the living room.  Jill starts to
get annoyed with her.  She turns around and follows Mac into the room.)  God,
would you just get a life instead of following me like a dog?  Oh wait, maybe
you are a dog.
Jill:  Don't you dare speak to me like that you little bitch.
Mac:  Well don't you dare call me a bitch!
Jill:  OOHHH why you...(she lunges at Mac to strangle her, but is stopped by
Katherine.)
Kat:  Don't you lay a finger on my granddaughter.
Jill:  Just stay out of this you old hag.  This is between me and Mackenzie.
And I can do what ever I please.  (the doorbell rings.  It is Billy.  Esther
goes to open the door. )
Esther:  Billy, hi what are you doing here?  (In the background you could
hear Jill and Katherine and Mac fighting.)
Billy:  What's going on in there?  (Mac screams.)  Mac.  (he runs past Esther
inside the house and goes to living room to see if Mac is okay.)  Mac, Mac,
are you all right?
Mac:  (she turns around to face Billy.)  Billy what are you doing here?  Look
I don't want to see you or even talk to you right now.
Billy:  Mac, please wait a minute so I could explain.  (Everybody in the room
is confused except for Billy and Mac.)
Jill:  Explain?  Explain what Billy?  What are you two talking about?
Billy:  Look mother, this is not your concern so but out!
Jill:  Don't you talk to me like that young man.  I swear teenagers these
days.  First Mackenzie is rude and now you.  I'm beginning to think that my
suspicion is right.  Mackenzie is not a good influence on you at all.
Billy:  Mother would you just stop it.  Stop talking about Mac like that.
She's not a bad person. Not at all.  She is the most beautiful, smart and
caring person that I have ever met.  (as he said those things he was looking
straight at Mac.)
Jill:  Mackenzie I warned you, I warned you to stay away from Billy and you
didn't listen to me.
Billy:  Now don't you threaten Mac again.  I know about all the other threats
and I really don't appreciate the fact that you are purposely trying to hurt
the girl that I love. (he stops and realized what he had just said.  Mac and
everybody else were in shock .)
Mac:  (she thinks to herself)  He loves me?  HE love me? Me of all people?  I
can't believe it.  Does he really mean it? (Billy looks at Mac)
Billy:  (To Jill)  I love Mac, mom. (Looks at Jill)  And if you can't accept
that then I will never talk to you again.  You won't be my mother and I won't
be your son.  You can expect to be out of my life forever.  (He looks sad
because he has to say this to his own mother.  The mother that is suppose to
always support her son no matter what.)  I mean it Ma, if you keep this up
you will be out of my life.
Kat:  You heard your son Jill.  Leave Mac alone or else you lose another son.
Jill:  (shocked at what Billy just said)  Billy you don't mean it.
Billy:  Yes I do mother.  I mean it with all my heart. Now what's it going to
be?
Jill:  I don't want to lose you Billy, but I can't just sit around and watch
you make the biggest mistake of your life either.
Billy:  Well I guess you made your decision.  (He goes over to Mac and takes
her hand leading her away from everyone going towards the door.  Mac who is
still in shock doesn't resist.)
Jill:  Billy wait.  Billy please WAIT!!!!  (he and Mac are out the door.)  I
can't believe this is happening.
Kat:  Well you better believe it.  This is your fault Jill.  This is all your
fault.  You have no one else to blame but yourself.  (Katherine leaves the
room along with Esther.  Jill stands there all alone crying.)
Billy:  What's going on in there?  (Mac screams.)  Mac.  (he runs past
Esther inside the house and goes to living room to see if Mac is okay.)  Mac,
Mac, are you all right?
Mac:  (she turns around to face Billy.)  Billy what are you doing here?  Look
I don't want to see you or even talk to you right now.

Billy:  Well I guess you made your decision.  (He goes over to Mac and takes
her hand leading her away from everyone going towards the door.  Mac who is
still in shock doesn't resist.)
At the Abbott Residence.  Billy takes Mac to the pool house where he planned
the surprise for her.  He opens the door.  Mac gasps in shock.
Mac:  Billy...did you do all this?  (she looks around the room)
Billy:  Yeah.  That's why I called you.  Then Brittany came...
Mac:  Billy about what happened, I'm really-
Billy:  Wait, before you say anything Mac I know you're mad, but I swear that
I didn't plan for Brittany to be there.  This was not for her. It was for
you.  (he looks at her with his puppy dog eyes and those pouty lips=) )
Mac:  As I was saying, I'm really sorry I overreacted.  I should have trusted
you instead of jumping to conclusions.  I'll try to work on that more.
Billy:  Ummm...I don't know what to say now.  (he didn't expect her to
apologize.  He thought he was the one to apologize.
Mac:  Well you don't have to say anything except answer this one question.
(Billy looks as though he knows what the question was going to be.)
Billy:  And what's that?
Mac:  What you said at the house, did you mean it?  Do you love me?
Billy:  (Filled with passion and love in his eyes)  Yes Mac.  I did mean it.
I love you. (He walks towards her.
Mac:  Billy,  I love you too.  (filled with the same love and passion in her
eyes.  Billy takes her hand with one hand and puts the other around her waste
to pull her closer.  Then he slowly leans forward and kisses her.  Slowly at
first then it became more passionate.  After a few seconds their kiss ended.
They both pulled away from each other and stare into each other eyes.)
Billy:  Wow.  I think I'm going to faint.
Mac:  Yeah me too.  (they both smile)
Billy:  You hungry?
Mac:  Yeah.  What do you have?
Billy:  Well follow me and I'll show you.  We will have the evening that I
planned for us all day.
Mac:  You planned this all day?
Billy:  Well I thought about it before and I had to make a few arrangements,
but everything worked out.
Mac:  Arrangements?  What kind of arrangements?
Billy:  Oh it's nothing really.
Mac:  Come on Billy.
Billy:  Okay, okay.  I had Jack kick everybody out of the house for tonight.
Mac:  You did what?
Billy:  Yeah.  I just didn't want any interruptions, but I guess it didn't
really work.  (He looks away from her to the ground and walks away from Mac.
Mac walks over to Billy and puts her arms around Billy's waste.  He looks at
her.)
Mac:  Billy,  look it wasn't your fault.  I'm really touched that you went
through all this trouble just to be with me.
Billy:  Hey, I would do anything for you Mac, anything.  (He give's her a
quick kiss then takes her to the table and sits her down on the chair.)
Luckily I haven't heated all the food yet so, I'll be right back while I do
that okay?
Mac:  Well do you want any help?
Billy:  NO, you just stay right there.  I will do everything after all this
is my special evening for you.
Mac:  Okay, I was just asking.  Don't need to bite my head off about it.
Billy:  I would never want to bite that pretty little head of yours.  If I
did how will I be able to do this?  (He leans down and gives her a kiss)
Mac:  Mmmmm, I like that.
Billy:  Well I promise you that there will be more of that to come on this
wonderful evening.
Mac:  I'll take your word for it.  (they both smile)
Billy:  I'll be right back.  (he leaves for the kitchen with a smile.)
Jill:  Please tell that that was just a dream.  Tell me that didn't really
happen.
Kat:  I'm afraid it did happen and the only one to blame here is you.  If you
didn't let your own hatred get in the way this would have never happened.
Jill:  You know what Katherine, just shut up.  I really don't need to hear
anymore from you.  This is all your fault.  You and your granddaughter.  If
it weren't for you two everything would be fine.
Kat:  Now don't you start that with me.  You try blaming Mackenzie again for
your problems and I will surely teach you a lesson you will never forget.
Jill:  Oh is that a threat?
Kat:  No it's not a threat.  It's a promise.  (she leaves the room and Jill
stands there with her head in her hands, shaking)
Back at the pool house, Mac is waiting patiently for Billy's return.
Mac:  I hope he's okay in there.  Maybe I should go in and help.  (Then Billy
walks in carrying two dishes and place one on each side of the table.)
Billy:  Voila, dinner is served.
Mac:  (she laughs)  It's about time.  You were taking a pretty long time.  I
was starting to worry that maybe something was wrong.
Billy:  (he goes to sit down)  No everything was fine.  I just had a little
trouble getting the oven to work.
Mac:  I was about to go in there to see what was the matter.
Billy:  Well Mac you have nothing to worry about.  You just sit relax and
enjoy yourself.  This night is for you and for me.
Mac:  I think I will.  (they start to eat.)  Hmm,  this is good.  You made
this yourself?
Billy:  No way.  You kidding me I can't cook.  I had some help from Mamie.
Mac:  (she laughs)  Oh well that's okay.  It's the thought that count.
Billy:  Thanks.  (they finish up their dinners.  Afterwards Billy takes the
dishes and brings them to the kitchen.  When he returns he goes over and
takes Mac's hand.)  Come on.
Mac:  Where are we going?
Billy:  (he leads her to the pool.)  Out here.  Now close your eyes.
Mac:  What?  Why?
Billy:  No questions.
Mac:  Billy...
Billy:  Mac please do what I tell you.  If you don't you'll ruin the surprise.
Mac:  Ooooohh, a surprise?  What kind of surprise?
Billy:  Maaac!
Mac:  (she laughs)  Okay, okay, I'll close my eyes.  (She closes her eyes.
Billy looks around and then walks over to a table near the pool house.  He
takes a remote and pushes a button.  Suddenly there were lights all around
them- (like in the movie "She's all That")
Billy:  Okay Mac you can open your eyes now.  (She opens her eyes and gasps.
She sees all the lights.)
Mac:  Billy...did you do this?  (she walks around the pool in a circle in
amazement)
Billy:  Yeah.  Do you like?
Mac:  Like it?  I love it.  It's so beautiful.  I can't believe you did this.

Billy:  Mac there's been something I've been wanting to give you, but there
never seemed to be a right time to do it.
Mac:  What is it?
Billy:  Ummm, well close your eyes again.  (she looks at him and smiles and
closes her eyes.  When he was sure her eyes were closed he took a small box
from his pocket.  He takes Mac's hand and puts the box on the palm of her
hand.)  Okay, you can open your eyes now.  (she opens her eyes and looks at
him then at the box that's in her hands.  She smiles at him and opens the
box.  Inside it was a ring.  An opal ring.  She gasps and looks at him.)
Mac:  Billy I love it, thank you.  (she hugs him and Billy smiles that
gorgeous smile of his.  He was glad that she liked it.  They pull apart.)
This is an opal ring isn't it?
Billy:  Yeah.  I hope you like it.  I wasn't sure if you would.
Mac:  Of course I like.  No wait, I love it and I love you.  (she leans in to
kiss him.  They kiss for long time and then takes a breath.  They look at
each other in a daze.  Both eyes were filled with love for each other.) Now
don't worry about me liking anything that you give because I like anything
that's from you.  (Billy leans down and kisses her again.  This time it was a
short kiss.)
Billy:  Here let me help you put it on.  (he take the ring out of the box and
slides it on to her ring finger.)  There, just perfect.
Mac:  Yes it is perfect just like you.  (They look at each other and then
kiss again.  This time it was much more needy.  They kiss deeply and then
Billy lifts her up and carries her back inside the poolhouse.  He puts her
down on the couch and they continue kissing like there's no tomorrow.  Mac
pulls Billy closer to her wanting him to feel what she was feeling at that
moment.  They both didn't want to stop.  Mac starts to unbutton his shirt,
but then Billy pulls away from her and stops her.)
Billy:  Mac are you sure you want to do this?  I'm this is a pretty big step
for both of us.
Mac:  Yes Billy,  I'm sure.  What about you?  Do you want to?
Billy:  Of course I want to, it's just...
Mac:  What is it?
Billy:  I just don't want to pressure you.  I don't want you to feel like you
have to do this because I set up this whole night for you.
Mac:  Billy you're not pressuring me.  I guess maybe your past is though.
Billy:  My past?  Mac what are you talking about?
Mac:  Well I know that when you were in New York, you were you know, and so
you're pretty experienced and all.
Billy:  Mac,  all that stuff, it's not true.
Mac:  What do you mean it's not true?
Billy:  I never had sex before.  This would be my first time too.
Mac:  So you lied about everything?
Billy:  Mac, I just did it so you guys would think that I was cool.  Believe
me Mac, that I want you to be my first.  I can't imagine myself with anybody
else.
Mac:  Not even with Brittany?  (Billy gives her a questioning look)
Billy:  Of course not even Brittany.  Mac, you are the only one that I every
want to be with.  No doubts about it.
Mac:  Well I'm glad.  Look we don't need to do anything you don't want to do.
Billy:  (he laughs)  you know I should be the one telling you that.
Mac:  Why?!!  Because you're the guy and girls are helpless in these kind of
situation?  You don't think I could try to take advantage of you?
Billy:  No I never meant that, it's just that in most cases the guys are
always the ones to take advantage of girls and I didn't want to do that.
Mac:  I know and that's why I love you.  I know you only want to protect me
and make sure that I'm okay, but I don't need you to do that.  I can take
care of myself.
Billy:  I know that Mac, but I still can't help how I feel.
Mac:  Look it's getting late.  Maybe I should get home.
Billy:  You're not mad are you?  I'm really sorry if I offended you in any
way.  I didn't mean to-
Mac:  Billy you didn't offend me.  I'm not mad.  It's just that it really is
late and my grandma is probably worried about me after what had happened
tonight.
Billy:  Well I was hoping maybe you might stay a little bit longer.  I like
how there's no one here.  I like how we are alone like this.
Mac:  I like this too Billy.
Billy:  Well then say you will stay just a little while longer.
Mac:  Billy...
Billy:  Mac...(he looks at her with his baby blues and she stares right back
at them)  please just for a few more minutes.  Then I will take you home.  I
just want this night to last.
Mac:  I want this night to last too.
Billy:  So you'll stay?
Mac:  Yeah, just a little bit longer.  (they smile at each other.  Billy
leans in to kiss her.  They kiss until Mac pulls away.)  You better stop or
else I don't think I can control myself.
Billy:  (He leans in closer to her for another kiss)  well maybe I want you
to lose control.  (he kisses her.)  Maybe I'm losing control now too.
(kisses her again and it become a very passionate kiss.  Very deep.  Mac
unbuttons Billy's shirt and he takes off hers.  He starts to kiss her neck
all around.  Mac pushes his shirt off of his shoulders and kisses his
shoulders.  She moves up to the neck then to his lips.  They kiss each other
with so much love in them.  Billy's hands were everywhere.  From her face to
her neck to her shoulders to her her waist to her thighs.  Mac groans which
pleases Billy.  He wanted it to be the best experience they have ever had.
Mac brings her hands down to the zipper of his pants and unzipped them.  She
pulls them down and Billy takes it off.  Billy unzips her pants and slides
them down her legs.  He goes back up to her and looks at her. Mac looks back
at him.  They both see how much one wanted the other. )   Are you sure you
want to do this Mac, we can stop if you want.
Mac:  Yes Billy, I am sure.  Are you?
Billy:  Yes, there's nothing more I want right now.  (They both smile and
kiss. )
Billy and Mac had just finished making love.  Mac is lying in Billy's arms
while Billy puts his head against the top of Mac's head.  Their eyes are
closed and both feeling the love that they have for each other.
Billy:  Wow.
Mac:  I second that.  (they open their eyes and look at each other)  That was
amazing.  You were amazing.
Billy:  No you were amazing.  (he leans down and kisses her.  Then he looks
at her.)  You are so beautiful.
Mac:  Do you have any idea how you make me feel when you say that to me?
Billy:  Yeah I think I do.  (Has a big grin on his face)
Mac:  I wish I could just stay here forever.
Billy:  Me too.
Mac:  Everything is so perfect right now.  I feel so safe here in your arms.
Billy:  Mac you are safe here.  I promise I will never let anything happen to
you.  I promise Mac.
Mac:  I know.  (she snuggles closer to Billy as he pulls her closer to him.
He leans in and kisses her.  While they are in the pool house, someone pulls
up to the driveway.  The door to the car opens and is then slammed shut.
Billy and Mac pulled away from each other abruptly.)  Did you hear that?
Billy:  Yeah I did.  I wonder who it could be.
Billy:  It can't be my dad or Ashley because they should be at the office
working late and it can't be Jack because I told him to keep everyone away
from the house tonight so we could be alone.
Mac:  What if it's Jill?
Billy:  If it's her then we'll deal with it.  It's not like we have anything
to hide now.  She knows the truth.  (Meanwhile the mystery person goes up to
the door and rings the bell several times.)
Mac:  Maybe you should get that.  It could be someone important.
Billy:  No one can be more important to me than you Mac.  (Mac smiles at him
and he smiles right back at her.  The mystery person still standing at the
door begins to knock on the door very hard.  When there was still no answer
the person decides to go around to the back of the house towards the pool
house.)  I guess it couldn't be that important.  Sounds like whoever that
person was left.
Mac:  Yeah I guess you're right.
Billy:  So where were we?  Oh yeah now I remember.  We were right here. (He
leans in to kiss her again.  They start kissing each other passionately and
begin their lovemaking again.  As they were getting hot and heavy, the door
to the pool house opens.)
Mystery person:  WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!!!  BILLY, WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE
DOING?!!!  MAC?!!!(Billy and Mac pull apart to see an angry Raul.)
Billy and Mac:  Raul.
Billy:  What are you doing here?
Raul:  I came to see if what everybody has been telling me is true or not and
appearantly it is.
Mac:  Raul...I'm so sorry about-
Raul:  You know what Mac just save it.  I don't want to hear another word
from both of you.  I'm outta here.  (he slams the doors and runs to his car.)
How can they do this to me.  How could they?
Mac:  I can't believe that just happened.
Billy:  Yeah that was completely unreal.  Oh man, what a mess.
Mac:  What are we going to do Billy?  What are we going to do.
Billy:  I don't know, but lets not think about this tonight okay?  Let's not
let this ruin the perfect night that we been having.
Mac:  I don't think I can.  Maybe I shoud leave.
Billy:  No! Mac no you can't leave now.  I won't let you leave now.  I just
can't bear to be apart from you.  Look I know things are really messed up
right now, but can we just forget about it?  Just for tonight?
Mac:  Billy...
Billy:  Please Mac.  (he looks at her with his puppy dog eyes which Mac gets
sucked into.)
Mac:  Okay, we will forget about this just for tonight.  (Billy smiles)
Billy:  Good.  Now that that's settled lets go back to where we left off.
(He has on a mischief smile on his face.  Mac smiles back at him.  He leans
in to kiss her.  First it was very gentle and loving then it became
passionate.  They made love again that night over and over until they were
completely exhausted and fell asleep.  The next morning Mac started to wake
up.  She looked around and then looked at Billy who was right next to her
sleeping like a little baby. So adorable.  Anyways, she gets up to put back
her clothes on and so she could go home, but Billy wakes up)
Billy:  Hey what are you doing?
Mac:  Morning.  I am getting dressed so I can go home tell everybody that I
am okay, considering after what happened last night and I didn't even call to
tell them I wasn't coming home.  My grandma must be worried sick about me.
Billy:  Okay okay, I get it you need to go home.  (he has a fake sad look on
his face)
Mac:  Look you will see me again later.  I just need to go back home to tell
my grandma that I'm okay and also change my clothes.
Billy:  Well hey let me drive you home okay?  I don't want you taking the bus.
Mac:  Sure.  (she walks over to Billy and kisses him.  Their lips linger on
each other.)
Billy:  Mmmmm, I like that.  I don't mind waking up every morning with you
here with me.
Mac:  You know what?  Me too, Billy.  Me too.  (They stare at each other)
Okay if you are going to drive me home you're going to have to get dressed
unless you want to go out naked?
Billy:  No thank you.  I rather be fully clothed when I go out in public.
(he gets up quickly and gets dressed.  Then they leave the pool house hand in
hand and head to Billy's car.)
Billy and Mac arrive at the Chancellor residence.  They go to the door.  Mac
opens it.
Mac:  Do you want to come in?
Billy:  Yeah, sure.
Mac:  Okay.  (she goes inside with Billy following her.)  Anybody home?
Grandma?  Esther?  (Katherine comes rushing in from the living room.
Kat:  Mac darling is that you?
Mac:  Yeah grandma.
Kat:  Oh darling I have been so worried about you after what happened last
night.  I was afraid you ran away again.
Mac:  No I didn't run away and I don't plan to run away any time soon either.
I was with Billy all night.  I'm sorry I didn't call you last night.  It's
just that a lot had happened last night and I forgot.
Kat:  Well it's all right.  Just as long as you are okay.  Well I take it
that you and Billy worked out your problem then?
Mac:  Yeah we did.
Billy:  Yeah Mrs. C.  We just had a misunderstanding.  Everything is great
now.  (he looks at Mac and smiles and she smiles back at him.)
Mac:  Yeah everything is great.  So is Jill here?
Kat:  Yes she's in her room sleeping I guess.  You don't have to worry about
her anymore Mackenzie.  I think Billy really shone a light on her last night.
Billy:  Well let's just hope she doesn't cause anymore trouble for Mac.  (As
they are talking in the hallway, Jill is listening to their conversation at
the top of the stairs hiding behind the wall.)
Jill:  Well Mac, you think you've won because you have Billy against me well
you are wrong.  I have just begun.  Beware Mackenzie.  You do not want to
mess with me.  I will teach you a lesson that you will never forget.  That's
a promise.  (she walks back to her bedroom.)
Billy:  Well you know what?  I should really head back home and uhhhh get
some sleep.  I didn't really get that much sleep last night.  (he looks at
Mac with a smile on his face and her face reflects his.)
Kat:  What you two didn't sleep at all last night?
Billy:  No we had some sleep.
Kat:  What did you guys do, talk all night?
Mac:  Yeah, something like that.  (she looks at Billy and looks back at her.)
Kat:  Something like that?  What do you mean by that?  (Mac stops looking at
Billy)
Mac:  Nothing, I just mean that we talked, but we also just sat there and not
talking at all.
Kat:  Oh, well then you must be tired also.  Why don't you go upstairs to bed
and get some sleep.
Mac:  Yeah that's a good idea.  Bye Billy.  (She hugs him and whispers to his
ear, "I love you."  Billy has a smile on his face and whispers back, "I love
you too."  They pull away from each other.)
Billy:  I see you later okay?
Mac:  Okay.  Later.  (Billy kisses her very quickly)
Billy:  Bye Mrs. Chancellor.
Kat:  Good bye Billy.  (Billy gives Mac one last look and goes out the door.
Mac stares at the door for a moment then looks at Kay.)
Mac:  Well I'm going upstairs to my room to get some sleep.
Kat:  Sure sweetheart.  (Mac goes upstairs and changes into her pajamas and
gets into bed.  She thinks about Billy and the night that they just shared.
It was a night that she will never forget.  She falls asleep dreaming about
Billy.)
Billy is home and is sitting in the living room.  He was thinking about what
happened last night with Mac.  He pictured her face and the way she looked
when they made love.  He remembered the sounds that she made and the feel of
her skin.  It was a magical night for them.  As Billy is thinking about
things Jack comes down the stairs and sees Billy.  He smiles.
Jack:  Well good morning.
Billy:  (He snaps out of his daze and looks at Jack)  Hey morning Jack.
Jack:  What going on with you?  What were you thinking?
Billy:  Oh nothing.  I was just thinking about last night.  Things that
happened with Mac.
Jack:  How did things go with you and Mac?  Did everything go as you planned?
Billy:  Well sort of.
Jack:  What do you mean sort of?  What happened?
Billy:  Ahhh well things were going great after you left, but then Brittany
showed up.
Jack:  I see.
Billy:  Yeah so she kissed me.  Then I tried to get rid of her as quickly as
possible before Mac could see her, but unfortunately it was too late.  She
ran into Brittany, then left in a hurry.
Jack:  Oh well what did you do?
Billy:  I went after her of course.  At the Chancellor's place Mrs. C and my
mom were there and we all got into a big fight.  Mom found out about me and
Mac and well she didn't accept us so I kind of told her that if she messed
with me and Mac again then I would disown her.  She wouldn't give in so I
grabbed Mac's hand and we left.
Jack:  Wow.  That's must have been one hell of a show.
Billy:  Something else happened that night also.
Jack:  What?
Billy:  I told Mac that I loved her.  Actually I told mom that I loved Mac
which was why she freaked out so bad.
Jack:  What did Mac say?  Does she feel the same way?
Billy:  Yeah she feels the same way as I do.  I took her back to the pool
house and then she told me that she loved me too.  I never felt so happy in
my entire life Jack.  I never wanted that night to end.
Jack:  I'm really happy for you.
Billy:  Thanks Jack.  You know you've been so great, always being there for
me and listening to what I have to say.  So really thank you so much.
Jack:  Of course.  What are big brothers for?
Billy:  So we had our dinner and our dance then afterwards we just-(He stops
himself realizing that he can't tell Jack about him and Mac making love.
That would cause a lot of problems) we just talked.
Jack:  That's great.  I'm glad you two had such a wonderful night.  Well
listen I have to head to the office.  So I'll see you later okay?
Billy:  Sure Jack.  See you later.  (Jack goes out the door.)  Oh man that
was close.  I almost told Jack that me and Mac made love.  If he knew, I know
he would tell me how big of a mistake it was.  I need to be more careful.
Setting is at Crimson's Light.  Raul walks in and sees Brittany.  He goes
over to her.
Raul:  Ah hem.  Is this seat taken?
Brittany:  (She looks up to him)  Raul.  Sure sit.  What do you want?  We
don't normally talk to each other except when we are both with Billy.
Raul:  Well I was just wondering whether or not you have talked to Billy at
all today.
Brittany:  Umm no I haven't.  Why?
Raul:  You oughta know what kind of guy your "boyfriend" is.
Brittany:  What are you talking about Raul?  Do you know something I don't?
Because if you do you better tell me.
Raul:  Yeah I know something, but I'm not so sure you want to know what it
is.  To tell you the truth I wish I didn't know what I know.
Brittany:  Okay Raul spill it.  What are you talking about?  What do you know
about Billy?
Raul:  Oh just that he's a lying, cheating, girlfriend stealing jerk.
Brittany:  What?!!!  Why would you say such a thing about Billy?  Wait a
minute girlfriend stealing...did he go after Mac?  Did he cheat on me by
seeing Mac behind my back?  Is that what you are saying Raul?  (She is angry
as hell)
Raul:  Yes Brittany.  That is what I am saying.  I thought you should know
since obviously he wasn't going to tell you.  After all he wasn't going to
tell me.  I found out from JT and well I didn't think he was telling me the
truth so I went to find Billy and found him at the pool house with Mac,
making love.
Brittany:  What?!!!!!!!!!!   They were having sex?!!!  How could he do that
to me?  I mean I suspected that something was going on between them, but I
never expected them to have sex.
Raul:  Wait a minute, you're telling me that you knew about Billy and Mac,
and you didn't bother to tell me about it?
Brittany:  What was the point in telling you?  You would never have believed
me anyways.
Raul:  You know what I didn't believe JT, but it doesn't mean that I forget
all about it.  I can't believe you Brittany.
Brittany:  Hey I'm not the one you should be mad at.  You should be mad at
Billy and especially Mac.  I mean come on she was your girlfriend and she
cheated on you with your bestfriend.  She lied about it and lead you on
thinking that you guys had a chance when really you didn't.  So don't you
start getting mad at me.
Raul:  You know what Brittany?  You really ought to listen to yourself.  When
you do maybe you will see what a bitch your are.  (he leaves Crimson's Light)
