Designer Biography

Design student and freelance artist

Tatelyn Westbrook is a senior graphic design student at Southern New Hampshire University working towards a bachelor of arts with concentrations in 3D modeling and animation. Prior to her digital art education, Tatelyn studied the art of sculpture, working with a range of mediums from clay to found objects. During her sculpture career, she lettered in art by being awarded the highest ranking in the 2016 VASE art competition for her found objects sculpture, which can be seen on sculpture page coming soon. Her interest in modeling for film and games came from a childhood love of stop motion animation, including Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas, which is both a Halloween and Christmas movie, as well as a Valentine's Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving movie.... With her knowledge and experience in programs such as Mudbox and Maya, Tatelyn has created scenes inspired by the environmental art of games like Skyrim. When not designing or creating art, Tatelyn can be found surrounded by her family's seven dogs and cats who have caused a number of broken keyboards due to the zoomies.
