Research Interest:

My research interests are

1.Membranes modification.
2.To analyze protein/ proteins receptors expression of bacterial spore exterior layers
3.To perform a comparative studies of these proteins between different strains of these spores.
4.To isolate protein/ proteins receptors expressed in different strains for antibody production  and synthetic ligands development
5.Development of recognition schemes for surface proteins, glycoproteins and other surface markers for rapid detection of pathogens

Expected results

Protein/proteins receptor expressions of different strains of Bacillus might include but are not limited to: (a) development of biologically-motivated amplification schemes and sensing principles, (b) development of label-free assays for various spores (including recognition schemes for surface proteins, glycoproteins and other surface markers for rapid detection of pathogens, (c) development of functionally defined selectivity synthetic ligands, and  (d) vaccine development. Exploration of the dynamic behavior of sensors for various applications (proteomics, glycomics, or glycoproteomics) is another possible research area.
