Born and bred in Port Pirie, South Australia in 1968 where I then lived for 14 years, before moving to Whyalla. I then moved to Tom Price, in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia where I worked for about 6 years. Then in 1991 I moved back home to Whyalla. And in 1994 was happily married to my soul-mate, Peter, and have been together ever since.I am 33 years old, and live in South Australia, Australia. I have been into herbs all my life, and I was born a Methodist, but not a devout one..
I am an avid gardener of Herbs and other Healing plants, with a collection of over 200 in my garden in any one season. I have obtained recognition as Healer amongst my family and vastness of friends. I also have my own herbarium. My "herb room" consists of over 150 containers of preserved healing plants, roots, barks, flowers.
I finished my studies with the South Australian School of Herbal Medicine back in 1995 and been practicing ever since.
I also make my own medicinal and personal herbal blends of products, and have sold quite a large amount of them as gift baskets. I also love to cook, and with the experience in Chinese Cooking learnt from employment in the Pilbara, enjoy using herbs and spices in all of my cooking.
I completed my first degree in Correllian Wicca on the 1 August 2001, or the 1 August - Age of Aquarius, and I am now currently studying for my second degree. I have earnt the title of Reverend, or otherwise known as Priestess. I am also the very first Mentor in the Correllian Nativist Tradition in AUSTRALIA.
I also like to create web-sites, and I have been told that I am a "wiz" at making graphics, banners, animations, etc.
I love all creatures of the Earth and have many pets, (as many as town shire allows), a staffy named "Kiah", a domestic tabby cat named "Stache", a black, domestic long hair tabby named "Lazuli" (who also helps me in my workings). I also breed Australian Native Parrots, the Budgerigar, and trying to breed, the Princess Parrot.
I have gained much since becoming a member of the Correllian Tradition, not only from my studies and learning, but from the fantastic encouragement that other member have given me. I too wish to give back what people have given me. So I gathered up the courage and decided to hold pagan gatherings in my own home town. The first one was a great success and is now becoming a monthly event.
It was about 15 years ago when I realized which path I was heading along. It has now since been over a year and I stand proud of where I am, and of who I am today.
