
Hell may not be everyone's cup of tea but the dental treatement is exemplary.		Promotional poster shared the front copy of the flyer.		DD appeared in an episode of Miami Vice. Ok, it was not just an appearance, it was the star of the show!		DD featured (together with the System 80 pin, James Bond 007) on a 1997 calendar entitled "Cats at Work" (Abbeville Publishing Group).
