October 2011-December 2011

Pharmacy

I started working in 2011. It was after I had my Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) examination. I decided to work as a pharmacy assistant in one of the pharmacy store near my house. I gained a lot of experience working there. One of it is I learn how to communicate with customers. This is important in order to fullfill their needs. I also learn how to work in a group. This is because, there are 3 other staffs working with me. We manage to do our daily tasks successfully because of corporation from each of the staff. I also learn how to manage stock in the store. In the end of every month, I do stock check. Each of the item in the store were checked and recorded.

December 2013-April 2014

Bookworm (Book and Stationery)

After Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) Examination, I once again decided to work. In December 2013, I worked in Bookworm (Book and Stationery) at Bukit Sentosa, Rawang. As I worked here, I gained a lot of experiences and skills. I can arrange a book by classification. Moreover, one of my job description is handling cash from customers. I sucessfully manage cash from customers everyday. I decided to quit my job in April 2014 because I got an offer from Perlis Matriculation College to continue further studies.
