Operational Set-Up

We have a wide network of professionals (more than 300-strong) located in almost all parts of Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan), particularly in countries like China, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia etc where the plastic industry is thriving. The suppliers we work with are all reputable and have experience working with overseas clients, even global retailers. How it works ...

• Contact us (phone/email/fax) if you wish to know more or if you wish to engage our services.
  
• To begin our job, we will require written instructions from you (on company letter-head) highlighting the kind of plastic-molded product(s) you wish the supplier to make. Try to include something visual (eg digital photo, catalogue etc). And indicate any specific information you wish to find out. Do state as much of your preferences as you can. The details you offer will allow us to do a better job with the initial feasibility assessment :
  • product details
  • shipping and delivery expectations
  • minimum order quantity
  • estimated cost (if possible)
    
• Once we have confirmed the feasibility of production and delivery with the supplier, we will send you the quotation details. If you then decide to issue that purchase order, we will hand over to you the supplier details that will allow you to continue with the customer-supplier contract (we will not be a party to the contract). But if you decide that you want us to try another supplier, we will assess the situation and may agree to continue with our search or terminate the job. If we do stop our work, you don't have to pay a cent!
