A pilot files the aircraft for
transporting passengers, mail or flight
on air route. He may also fly aircraft
for specialized purpose. The aircraft may
be single engine, multiple engined, jets
or even helicopters. Pilot training is a
professional training.
The job of a pilot is solely responsible
for the passengers, the crew and aircraft
during the time when plane is in motion.

How
to become a commercial pilot ?
- To become a commercial pilot one should
not be more than 30 years
- Join the flying club
- Obtain commercial pilots license from
Directorate General of Civil Aviation
- Satisfactory complete requisite hours
of flying
- Intensive training
Mode of Selection
Recruitment to the post is done through
advertisement in leading newspapers.
Candidates have to undergo a test
followed by medical check up.
