Surau Cempaka Committee Management Unit (SUCiE) is an international organization that travels under Personality Development Exco Cempaka College Management Committee. SUCiE been established for the management of Surau Cempaka and implement programs serve the spiritual and character Cempaka College students in particular to Muslim students.

SUCiE has a purpose for every Cempaka College students in particular, has an outstanding personality and behavior and would like to ensure zero mazmumah college atmosphere while student discipline. SUCiE also want to ensure that all students are able to understand their role as leaders and caliphs of the responsibility of every individual Muslim. In addition, the organization also aims to nurture, guide and inculcate good values and adhere to the Quran and Sunnah in the spread and establishment of Islam in the land of God.

• Ensure that every Muslim students in particular can obey Allah's commands and prohibitions of Allah by leaving each as a way of Allah.
• Fostering a commendable attitude and behavior among college students in particular and the rest of Cempaka UNIMAS students generally. • Increase understanding among the students about the role and responsibility as a human being and inheritors of the earth.
• Calling and called on all Muslim students to be able to work together to improve the understanding and love for Islam.
• Educate the students based on the Quran and the Sunnah.
• Adopt invite to good and forbidding evil.
• Develop mahmudah properties in the students and zero mazmumah properties.
