Hardware component that enables a computers to send (transmit) and receive data, instruction and information to and from one or more computers.

Modem	Adevices that enables a computers to communicate over analog networking media.
Router	A device that connects multiple networkis togethers together,routes packets to their next location in order to efficiently reach their destination.
Switch	A devices used to connect multiple devices on a single(typically wired) network, foward packets to only the intended recipient.
Wireless Access Point	A device ona network that connects wireless devices to that network.
Hub	The device that provides a common central connection point for nodes on network.
Network Interface Card	An expansion cards throug whic a computer can connect to a network that provides wireless data transmission
Repeater	A device that takes a weaken signal and repeat it at its original strength
