Sunday - decided to hitch back to Shikoku - stayed an an interesting old spa town -free public baths including an ancient outdoor hot spa Mon - Hitched slowly to Oita and Semonoseki ferry to Shikoku camped at Mizaki. Tue - through Uchiko and across the middle of the island mountains to Sagawa - Gome biked back to Ochi Wed Forest museum - hitched to Kochi - castle etc, camped at beach park Thu- Kochi cycle \ hitched up to Iya valley camped outsid small village Iya Kei Fri - hitching walking through Iya valley villages ..got to mountain Sat hitched out of the mountains
